   We’ve just signed up for our new puppy, Melo, and had our first visit today and I’m so glad we did. From the moment we walked in, everyone was amazing and so lovely. The whole team made us feel welcome, and they all absolutely fell in love with Melo! It was clear how caring and gentle they are, and I already feel confident that he’ll be very well looked after here whenever he needs care!

   Thank you to the team who took Berlioz’s bloods this morning, the vet was through and attentive and the lady on reception was so kind and did an incredible job keeping (a very slippery) Berlioz still and distracted for the testing. Literally the least stressful vet visit I’ve ever had, thank you so much!

   I’ve been coming to this veterinary clinic with my 2 cats for almost 4 years, and they’ve been amazing every single time. From the warm welcome at reception to the incredible vets and the surgical team handling neutering and spaying, everyone genuinely cares about your pets. Even after moving 3 hours away, I still choose to come back here. I’ve tried two different vets closer to my new area thinking it would be easier if it's closer from my house, but none of them compared to the level of care, empathy, and trust I’ve found here. They truly treat every animal as if it were their own, and that’s something rare to find! Thank you for everything! Puma & Zarra are sending lots of meows kisses for all of you!

   Lovely to meet Jaya for the first time our new vet at Goddard's Oldfield Lane. She met Hazel and Tym for for their annual booster. Both dogs are always apprehensive visiting the Vets but Jaya's gentle approach and vet assistant Lisa both made them welcome .

   We looked around and chose this practice because it was small, friendly and all the staff were so helpful, caring and friendly. We have just had our free new puppy health check and the reception staff and vet were brilliant - so warm, welcoming, friendly and helpful. The vet was amazing and reassured us with the depth of her knowledge and her lovely manner with us and with our puppy. Highly recommended for a warm, friendly, personal and highly professional service.

   Fantastic vets, Phoebe and Lisa were amazing with our little dog Penny. We moved Penny over to Australia with us recently and Phoebe and Lisa made a really stressful process much easier. They were always so kind to us and so professional, I never felt worried when Penny was with them as they were always reassuring throughout. Penny is going to miss this vets, as are we! It’s hard to find a practice you can trust but this is certainly one of them. Thank you both again xx

   Honestly the nicest vets practice I have been to. Lisa is an absolute angel and the perfect first point of contact person at the practice. We had Maevis, our Dachshund, spayed just before Christmas and the practice was excellent. She had great care and as there were not other pets at the practice Maevis got to sit in the private area with Phoebe and Lisa which is a lovely space and like someone's living room. Also rather hilarious pink jumpsuit meant no collar of shame! If my dog was younger I would change from my current vets in North London too. Really really impressed with Goddard Vets in Greenford. Can't fault them.

   My rescue dog Moomin has been registered with the greenford branch for the last 6 years. Generally the service we have received has been good, but last couple of weeks when poor Moomin was in crisis, the input from the regular vet Phoebe and regular nurse Lisa was ok of high standard and extremely reassuring for me. It made a difference dealing with staff that know me and Moomin well. Their support and input led to Moomin recovering from the crisis and is doing really well
