We have just had our free new puppy health check and the reception staff and vet were brilliant - so warm, welcoming, friendly and helpful. The vet was amazing and reassured us with the depth of her knowledge and her lovely manner with us and with our puppy. “Great stay at Greenford Premier Inn. Lovely hotel staff - Jurrell at reception very nice. Room was lovely with a window that opened and the area surrounding the hotel has a countryside feel as there are so many trees and a nearby golf course. Really enjoyed my stay here.”

“Me & my partner stayed here last night as she had an operation & needed to recover before travelling. The staff, especially Andrew the manager, were friendly, accommodating & couldn't do enough for us. This included a free upgrade to a A/C room on the ground floor to reduce noise disturbance, excessive movement & increased comfort. Bed was comfortable, modern shower room & soft lighting made it a pleasant stay, we even were graced with free coffees before we left. Definitely a top pick for an extremely competitive price with great hospitality, will certainly stay again if needed! Thank you!”

“Linda took great care of our two 3 month old kittens, Tally and Skye for three weeks. That was the first time we used a cattery and Linda send us daily updates and videos, which helped us to relax on our holiday. We felt at ease the moment we arrived as Linda is very caring and professional. She made the suggestion to swap the scratching post in the room, as one of the kittens chewed already on the carpet after 5 minutes. As they were full of energy, Linda made sure that they had extra playtime in the corridor and gave them extra toys. :-) I can highly recommend the cattery and Linda. “The vet and receptionist are very pleasant and they were happy to change an appointment for me without fuss. The vet was very considerate and kind when it turned out we had to put our dog to sleep. As well as the excellent service I felt the charges were reasonable too. Other plus points were that the vet speaks English perfectly but is also a Polish speaker. Parking outside is also really convenient. Overall highly recommended.”

“This shop is very good! It is big and you can find a lot of things that you need! There are car parking, my experience every time I went there I got space! It is a good place to go shopping.”

“I went it to get some make up and the assistant working in the area at the time was very helpful and answered all the questions I had. She advised me about appropriate shades following my natural skin tones I found a good selection of men's skin care too for my sons and the young man at the till was very polite and friendly. I really enjoyed my visit in the store and felt safe as all members of staff wore face coverings too.”

“Visited this place to try out the food and was blown away by this little unassuming spot. The food featured Sri Lankan styled menu with and explosion of taste and authenticity. I didn’t stay in the hotel so can’t rate the hotel but the food! OMG! It was amazing! I’m just annoyed that my belly couldn’t take in anymore. Food was buffet styled and there was a reasonably stocked bar. I can happily say that I would remember this place and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the food.”
