   The person managing this store needs serious training. Constantly being late to open the store, closing all the self service ( for cash) and using only 1 person besides the till when is a queue. The store is a joke. Edit: I am so fed up dealing with the staff in this store. No matter what question you got they will take it very defensive and refuse to help. At this point I will be contacting the management.

   Bought a gift card from them last night but found out it was faulty. When we went back to exchange it, they refused to help and were disrespectful even though they were in the wrong and selling faulty goods.

   At 10:30 in the morning, I attempted to purchase a coffee from your machine, only to find it was broken. When I approached the manager to inquire about the issue, she informed me that it would be fixed in 40 minutes. However, her response was dismissive, rude, and unprofessional. She seemed more interested in ending the conversation than addressing my concerns, leaving abruptly without any courtesy or respect. It is unacceptable for a manager to treat a customer this way. As someone in a leadership position, she should be setting an example of professionalism and good customer service. Instead, her behavior demonstrated a lack of care and disregard for my experience. I expect better from Tesco, and I am disappointed that I was treated in such an unprofessional and dismissive manner. I urge you to address this issue with your staff to ensure that no other customer is made to feel the way I did. I look forward to hearing how you intend to resolve this matter.

   Today, 27.11.2024, around 22:00 - 22:20, I decided to go to the checkout instead of using the self-service unit. The staff person at the counter asked me if I was willing to pay by card or cash. When I said that I'd pay by card, he responded to me, "Why don't you go to the self-service unit? Do you think I have nothing else to do in this shop???? WHAT? Is this really how you train your employees to treat customers?

   Shop should be open at 6am but there is only one person inside who came out and said there is not stuff so they will open at about 7 leaving me without food and milk for today work. (Usually I have it with me but today I decided to buy before work in Tesco) even now writing review it show that shop is open but is not. Thanks Tesco.
