Excellent customer service staff above and beyond. Sadly the amount of stealing that is going on in this store is shocking putting the staff at risk constantly, I can only imagine the stress staff at This garage are put under. Management need to take control of the safety and well-being of the staff. Security is urgently needed.
Excellent Customer Service: Just want to say a big thank you to Jevon (excuse the spelling) who served me this morning around 4am. Outstanding customer service and a very polite young man. Highly recommend visiting this store with him there, your experience will be better! The gentleman offered me a complimentary coffee after he realised the store had run out of stock on the shelves. You don’t get service like that at other petrol stations. Give him a raise or a promotion. Thank you!
Shocking behaviour by the manager (Nilthran? - couldn't see the name badge clearly). My story, At around 14:50 on Sunday 23 May 2023: I'm a motorcycle instructor and we regularly fill up at this petrol station. We were coming down from South Harrow and I asked my students to turn left into the petrol station. As we went in there we cones on the way which we couldn't see while on the main road and it would have been unsafe to suddenly stop on the main road especially with learner riders on a slope. The manager suddenly came out on us and shouted "Are you Deliveroo? Get out, get out, right now...." with a very intimidating body language. I then asked him to calm down as we were preparing to leave. He kept "barking" at me saying "what do these cone mean?!!!" and as soon as I tried to explain he shouted "Get out, I'm not taking to you, get out..." We were all (including the staff) were shocked by this behaviour. He was obviously upset by a previous event - nothing to do with us, but this was totally unnecessary and unacceptable behaviour. I'd advise Marks & Spencer to sent this man to a therapist before letting him work again.
If I could give less stars I would place is full of ridiculous night staff with no morals or respect for the general public their attitudes reflect the area DISGUSTING & DISHONEST
Just got wafted away with no verbal communication, just wanted a soft drink from a so called 24hr store where the staff barely want to do there job. He refused verbal communication or to walk the less than five feet to the fridge. Air pods on to busy listening to Justin Bieber to do his job. It's the next day and the same guy is out here telling customers the shop isn't 24 hours.... Either this guy needs training or replacing.
Cheaters, the products delivered expire same day + they cheat on quantity. Never again
They are fantastic . Today they way they handlers the queues were superb. It was fast very fast. The staff were honest and not allowing any one with preference and I just had to wait for 20 min to get it fuelled. Excellent job guys
Does no one wear face masks in the place. Not staff our customers. It's a free for all. Clean and tidy yes but we do have an issue world wide with a virus.
