Friendly service but unfriendly stokes. They seems to be out of stock for at least one item from your basket, upon each visit. So I’m downgrading from 4 to 3 start
Claire is always friendly and very quick, I have never had to queue in this branch of Co-op.
Never offer a receipt. Young guy serving very abrupt. Uber guy stands right up close to you whilst still packing my bags!! Shelves always empty. Joke of a shop
Always feel the need to stay alert when getting charged here as several times they either add items to your bill or an item will be displayed a lot lesser price on the shelf than what they try & charge you. Be strong & speak up without feeling embarrassed when this happens & they might stop trying to steal your hard earned cash.
Have had my room-mate shop here a few times. Time and time again, discount card was deliberately not scanned by the cashier named Claire. her attitude is bad and does not greet customers. bakery is cooked one day and the next... it is raw inside.
Not my favourite co op, parking is awfull at busy times which is most of the time, the till system never seems to be able to cope so the que's go back up the aisles, resulting in chaos
Disgusted with the Co-op Iver Heath, went yesterday, everyone was wearing masks, including staff. However, three youths, around 18, all Asian, walked in, no masks. Not one of the staff said a word to any of them. When I asked the young lady behind the counter why they had not been asked to put masks on, she looked at me like I was speaking Martian. I asked if it was company policy to insist on masks or no service, she just shrugged. The company needs to sort out their loyalties to their members. I will not be using them until I see a sign on the door “no mask, no service”.
Food sold here is not cared for correctly. Salads are always wilting and slimy, avacados always rotten inside and bakery products sometimes uncooked inside.
Vry good overall! Always get parking and very friendly people inside. Good prices - i do my shopping here most weeks and happy overall.
