   I’ve had a terrible experience with this pharmacy. I was left waiting for medication that I urgently needed, and every time I asked, I was told “it will be here tomorrow”—but tomorrow never came. This went on repeatedly, wasting my time and leaving me in a very difficult position. I felt like I was being misled with empty promises rather than given honest updates. This level of service is unacceptable, especially when dealing with something as important as medication.

   Today my experience at local pharmacy was awful, new lady probably did not knew what she is doing, her attitude very bad, she googled about meds if she can sell me 2 packs of daily use medication which I’m buying recently and had no problems before with other staff members, she said to me I will decide if I can sell you. After she googled she probably couldn’t find any information about meds then she asked someone in a back and then she said to her college (managers daughter) to sell. Even she not said sorry. No respect to clients at all. Very disappointed of customer service. If I could I will give 0 stars.

   I rarely write reviews but as a local business and pharmacist I just wanted to say how helpful and friendly they are whenever I have to collect a prescription. They even went out of their way to drop a medicine syringe that I had needed as part of a child's prescription as they had wondered how I had managed to measure the non standard amount from that particular bottle. I couldn't believe it when I found it personally delivered in my porch! Great service! Thank you so much!

   Mrs D.Roberts per was sent yesterday by the doctor she is out of Insolin and needles.It was not delivered last night,Today I went to collect the pet and the chemist is closed why.And don't say Corona..On other occasions I been in the Chemist and there was only a young girl serving no sign of a farmasist.Whats happened to your wonderful regular staff.Friends of mine all complain about your chemist.Quite often you are out of stock.you are the local chemist you must do better local

   Small independent pharmacy with limited stock but friendly and helpful staff. Parking is limited (2 dedicated spaces outside the pharmacy that are often used by non-customers) but there is plenty of free parking nearby. Core range of products offered but if its a specialised product you would be better off going to a larger pharmacy like Boots half a mile down the road. Space inside the shop is small so if there a few people waiting to collect prescriptons it can get a little cramped inside the premises.
