“I have had recent experience with Ravenor Pharmacy to assist with renewal of crutches for my older disabled parent and they have always done this, on the spot, in five minutes flat. I was shocked at how easy this process was to get done. In addition, Ravenor Pharmacy assisted with provision of a highly scarce medication, providing fast and polite updates, which was extremely helpful. “I've been using this pharmacy for most of my life and I must say with great respect that all pharmacists and counter staff provide an outstanding healthcare service at all times. No matter how busy they are, staff goes the extra mile to help and support with any queries regarding medication. The lady pharmacists at this branch are very mindful of customers needs. There's been several occasions when the pharmacists chased prescription on behalf of the patient and got things moving forward. There is definitely a real caring and serving attitude amongst staff and that makes me and my family feel relaxed and satisfied. “I contacted this pharmacy via telephone to inquire if they had a particular brand of eye drops in stock. The eye drops in question were in short supply due to an apparent nationwide shortage & were not even in stock at the Western Eye Hospital. I set about calling various pharmacies to inquire as to whether they had the eye drops in stock or could indeed order them for guaranteed delivery the next day. When I telephoned Northolt Pharmacy w/my request, I was asked to hold. After a considerable amount of time, I telephoned again from another phone, whilst keeping the first line live on hold. I started as caller #5. When I was in the pole position, I again waited for an inordinate amount of time fast approaching the hour mark. When my call was finally answered, I was disappointed when told they didn’t have the eye drops in stock. I voiced my angst at being kept on hold for the best part of an hour on two separate phones. Shortly thereafter I received a telephone call from Alpin. He had been informed about my disappointment after having held for so long. He advised me he would do his utmost to source the eyedrops for me, even though it was clearly in short supply. He actively telephoned various distributors to check their stock/confirm it could be delivered the next day. After finally securing an order, he advised he would telephone me the next day upon receipt the eyedrops. True to form he telephoned me the next day to advise the eyedrops were ready for collection. I was delighted, Alpine had made a concerted effort, going above & beyond his remit to locate the eyedrops. When I arrived at the pharmacy I was surprised to see just how busy the practice was. It put into perspective the reason for the long telephone hold times & just how much of a Trojan effort Alpin had put in on my behalf. Thank you Alpin & thank you Northolt Pharmacy for going that extra mile.”

I use the online facility for ordering repeat prescriptions and it takes significantly LESS time than my local pharmacy, which makes us wait 14 working days before collecting (and is no longer open on Saturdays so that's just great for those of us who work). This service is so convenient, fast, they communicate well if an items isn't in stock and the progress until it arrives. Delivery comes in a plain brown box.
