   I have been so impressed by the team at Parade Pharmacy, Greenford. The team is very friendly and knowledgable providing evidence based care. Medications are promptly prepared and the pharmacist ensures you use the excemption you are entitled to use. The pharmacist has very much bothered to really get to know his patients so very holistic care and much appreciated, They are extremely courteous and happy to give advice and point you in the right direction. Kalpesh is friendly, sympathetic, knowledgeable, professional and the list goes on.    Very professional pharmacy that are always so welcoming. Always go above and beyond to care for their customers. Really happy with the services I received past and present. If you are in urgent need to see the Doctor but can't get an appointment, this is the place you need to visit. I was seen straight away by the Doctor. Had a consultation and was given medication within 5 minutes of being there. Yes medication costs a little more as they are private, but well worth it. Thank you

   The worst pharmacy ever... No confidentiality. They always ask me too many questions. Several times they refused to sell products without prescription. They replaced my medication by another, they said it has the same ingredients... Don't go there... They ask you questions they shouldn't, they act like doctors, BUT THEY ARE NOT! Staff is nice but it doesn't matter in this case.
