Donβt buy anything over the counter from this pharmacy. They charge more than double prices. I bought from them a nasal spray for Β£6.15 when the exact same one was Β£2.99 from a local shop. I attached photos for proof. When I confronted them they said they canβt refund medical products. Pointless arguing with people like these. Just do not buy anything from them, save your cash.

Well done service. Am being with roxannes pharmacy since 20 yrs never disappointed. Excellent customer service and they have all sort NHS services . Staff is wonderful well trained. Staff is friendly 100% recommended.

Everyone was amazing in the pharmacy! I was very anxious about my travel vaccinations but I felt so put at ease by staff. They reassured me and looked after me! I had 3 vaccinations in one go and they really supported me and allowed me to sit till I felt well enough to go.

I was charged Β£150 for the yellow fever vaccine, while my husband paid only Β£70 at another pharmacy for the exact same injection. An Β£80 difference for the same essential vaccine is extortionate and completely unjustifiable. This kind of inconsistent and excessive pricing feels exploitative and unfair to customers. Clear, transparent, and consistent pricing should be the bare minimum. Shame on you Roxanneβs Pharmacy! Updated 25/09/2025: Thank you for your reply. While I understand there may have been a temporary shortage, my concern remains the lack of transparency. At no point before my vaccination was I informed of the inflated Β£150 charge or the reason behind it. I was only made aware of the price after receiving the dose, leaving me no chance to make an informed decision about whether to wait until prices stabilised. I also find it concerning that, during your follow-up telephone call on 24/09/25, I was asked to remove my review rather than my feedback being acknowledged. Suggesting I was informed in advance is simply not true. Transparency and honesty are essential when patients are being charged more than double the standard cost, and I stand firmly by my review.

I think this pharmacy is the best for a 3 mile radius....staff are polite,prompt,courteous and efficient. They are never too hard pressed to give advice on ailments,usually relatively accurate,sound and common sense.l like it here,plus I like the perfumes/deo offering. Main people here are very professional.

Took my mum to have her booster jab this afternoon. Whilst I was there I urgently needed to use the toilet. I politely explained I had a medical condition ulcerative colitis and said I could show evidence if needed. But they still refused. Was very embarrassed. Will not go to this pharmacy again.

very bad customer service by a member of staff The ladies working there were welcoming and helpful however they got passport photos for my daughter wrong I asked for digital code I paid Β£6.99 a received ( a print out that really didnt need) and an email with a photo of my daughter wearing a red hairband (fashion accesory not suitable for passport purposes ) I emailed them explaining what happened Since I didn't receive a reply i phoned them up I spoketo Claudia who was polite and kind She said to do not worry because they would sort it out for me When I went back to the pharmacy to take photo they did but they said they could not give me a code a beside that code was no good Another employee (asian middle aged man) jumped in the conversation and Δ· his colleague statement that the code is not At this point i told them that it is clearly stated on gov.UK that digital photo and code are prefered to ordinary photos and beside that digital code was what I asked for and was given something else instead Finally the male employee agreed to give me a code before handing it over to me he asked me Β£6.99! I explained once again tha i had already paid for it So he went back to the printing machine and then.back to me and asked me Β£4.50 He had his head down his eyes were staring at the floor I had my daughter next to me I did not want to argue in front of her I explained that it was no my mistake so i should not pay however as a good will gesture i agreed to pay Β£ 3.50 half of it He replied he was not bargaining ! No infact he ripped me off I walked out really disappointed what a waste of time money and effort ! Staff was nice but not trained to use computerised machine Horrible experience from asian male sort of manager/owner I guess never again I will not add photos as it involves a child

I wholeheartedly recommend doing your travel vaccinations at this pharmacy. My family and I had many jabs done in May '21. The whole process was very smooth and I was particularly impressed with their special care to kids. While there we also bought a few bits and noticed that the prices are very competitive and the hair accessory section was well stocked. Thank you.
