    I had an extremely upsetting experience at this clinic. The staff was rude and left feeling unsure whether my pet needs were taken seriously. I strongly recommend avoiding this place and look for a clinic that is more reliable and attentive.

    I have been taking my hamster Grogu to this place every couple of weeks recently for regular teeth trimming. The reception staff and vets are always very friendly. Chay is a brilliant vet who gives great advice. We get booked in at short notice and the pricing is fair. I am looking forward to coming here again and again for such a great service for my hammy!

    WARNING! If you go to Vets4Pets Greenford and get told your pet needs something serious or expensive, please get a second opinion. It could save you a lot of stress and your pet a lot of pain. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience really made me feel I had to warn others. I’ve been taking my cats to this vet for over four years, but after my latest experience, which almost cost my cat his toe and could’ve led to an unnecessary Β£2,000 surgery, I’ll never be going back. My cat had a broken nail, something I thought would be quick and easy to fix. Instead, it turned into weeks of stress and pain for him. I took him in twice, and both times the vet just shaved the area and gave some medicine and happily charged us. The problem only got worse. Then I was told he’d need his toe amputated, and to make matters worse, the vet who told us this was humming while delivering the news, no empathy at all. He did not look very experienced and it showed. Something didn’t sit right with me, so I went to two other vets for second opinions. Both were shocked that the first vet hadn’t simply removed the broken nail, which was clearly the cause of the infection. The second vet carefully removed the nail in seconds and didn’t even charge for it because it was such a small procedure. Within hours, my cat was more comfortable, and now a few weeks later, his paw has fully healed, his nail has grown back, and he’s back to his happy self. It’s honestly unbelievable that a clinic could miss something so basic and let it get to that point. Over the years, I’ve noticed high staff turnover there, and this experience really showed a lack of consistency and experience.

    Lovely staff, very helpful and patient! I took my kitten in as a first time cat owner and they were so reassuring, explaining everything clearly and guiding me on what’s best for her. All the staff were so warm and friendly, and it was clear they genuinely cared. My kitten loved all the attention too!

    My recent interaction at the store was appalling. The general manger who also works as a nurse was so rude and very unprofessional, she refused to identify herself as the manager and spoke in a very aggressive tone. She also refused to help with my enquiry and directed me to send her an email. I am removing my pet Asia from this store and will no longer be a customer.

    Izzy was the vet whom saw me and my kitten. Having experience of many vets , and being able to let you know that I have been to Goddard in Northolt , I can already say IN JUST ONE VISIT, that you’re miles ahead . Miles ahead . We have not had good experiences at Goddard and thought we could trust a recognised brand. But myself and my wife can say we are vet4pets for life . The vet who saw me was empathetic to the feelings I had when I lost my last few kittens and cats to extremely rare diseases. Rare as such that the RVC took my kittens as patients for free because they wanted to see what they could do solve the situation. The lead vet who used to work at Goddard ( Alexander ) really reminds me of Izzy, just a gentle and nice person . The rest of Goddard have no empathy or understanding

    Excellent vet. In particular the lady vet who clearly loves animals. Very efficient indeed. Helpful and obliging.

    I brought my dog in a urgent case as she suffered from sudden imbalances and head tilt. The vet spent 20 mins alone and concluded 3 things of which one was to consder putting her down because of the cost of a scan is 3-6 grand. No tests were done and she managed to conclude to put the dog down. Unbelievable. Shocking service i) I got a second opinion who clarified it's unlikely to be a tumour as suggested by vets4u. They did several tests and stated it's not possible to diagnose further without imagine ii) Imagine (CT) cost Β£690 not 3-6 grand! As you can imagine this shocked my mother into stress .Very unhelpful and a third opinion also suggested alternative diagnositics. Will not use vet4pets again.
