   Very rude stuff members! Both lady on the counter and the bald men! I went to collect prescription for my toddler and accidentally we drop candy powder on them carpet. They make me feel so uncomfortable and I felt like I need to hoover the carpet, because they both come and say “ we did hoover in the morning and now what we going to do it’s so messy “I explained them that I didn’t even realise until the lady ask me if I did this on the carpet I said NO and she said “ So that child did it” I said that’s my child and he probably did and I’m so sorry for that I didn’t see it, because until we wait I was looking for other medicine. Even that I apologise they make me feel so bad. Accidents can happened and making your customers feel so uncomfortable and embarrassed it’s far from right and good customer service! Very disappointed!

   My phone experience was disappointing. The man who answered was rude, unprofessional, and quick to accuse without knowing the facts. Based on this, I won’t be using them again

   Worst customer service The bald man was very rude and doesn’t know how to talk to customers. His attitude made the experience unpleasant and unprofessional. He really needs proper customer service training to learn how to treat people with respect.

   Google need to get their facts right! Wasted time with a trip here at 8pm because Google said they were open till midnight only to find them completely closed up. Wrong information is worse than no information because it wastes time which could be critical in an emergency.

   What an amazing pharmacy - my little one had flared up with an allergy and so at 1am had to look for pharmacies - called them up, they asked me to call when I get outside - paid by card. No additional charges or whatever! Truly amazing! Thanks again!
