We have taking multiple pets here over 20 years and the place has really gone downhill. Reception staff are incredibly rude and not for the first time. Vets are always a different person so it’s hard to build rapport. The services are also overly expensive. We’ll be looking to change vets.

the reception is nice but the doctors are nuekompetetni and even not nice. He does not treat animals and customers properly. I was recently on a visit with my dog, until I told the doctor that the dog was a patient, he was not even interested

Well run, professional but friendly veterinary service. We tried a few local vets before we settled on Arden House (following a recommendation from a friend). Lovely staff, and never any problems getting an appointment when necessary. We use the monthly pet plan service for flea and worming treatments, which includes two appointments or checkups per year and works out as good value.
We had our dog neutered at the Arden Vet Surgery. We received amazing service, efficient, quick, professional and friendly. Not only that price was best in the area (very affordable) , the vet Karolina was the best. We had three follow up visits in a timely manner , we felt that we could ask as many questions as we needed. Thank you , our dog recovered very quickly. Highly recommended.
The vet and receptionist are very pleasant and they were happy to change an appointment for me without fuss. The vet was very considerate and kind when it turned out we had to put our dog to sleep. As well as the excellent service I felt the charges were reasonable too. Other plus points were that the vet speaks English perfectly but is also a Polish speaker. Parking outside is also really convenient. Overall highly recommended.
