I stayed 3 nights in November. The first night there was no warm/hot water in the bathroom and they were able to move me the following day but without compensation for the inconvenience (and really unhealthy environment considering it was winter weather) and no response on follow-up inquiry. They also are in dire need of maintenance as lights were missing bulbs among other items. It is more of a 2 star hotel in terms of rooms.

Just spent my first night of two there. Very clean, great breakfast and very friendly staff- especially the Scottish guy at reception. All + No - at all. Though it may not always be near to where I'm working I'll will endeavour to stay there. I noticed they have a doggy garden too if you're taking your four legged friend!

We've stayed twice. The standard rooms are OK. Good enough, just a bit tired and needs new carpets. Prices are reasonable for what you get. The superior rooms are more welcoming ,comfortable and upto date. There's been a Scottish Guy on Reception both times, who has always been super professional. Polite, helpful and funny. He's a total asset to this place. We stay mostly due to ease of getting to Wembley on 92 bus !

Booked it for my birthday, had a voucher and used it here. The room itself was very nice, spacious clean. Little bit dated but wasn’t a bother as we only stayed the one night. Location was good as could catch the tube into London which was 10 mins walk. The shower was the only issue, the pressure had gone so you were better off washing from the sink but we just waited ages for it to heat up and washed best we could. The sink design was weird in sense of the drainage hole had nothing stopping the water coming out onto your feet if it wasn’t overfilled. That wasn’t nice to find out after I’d come out the shower and to brush my teeth. Didn’t have food here so can’t judge that the service was really good though and I appreciate all the help given. Would I stay again, yes just in a different room.

Me & my partner stayed here last night as she had an operation & needed to recover before travelling. The staff, especially Andrew the manager, were friendly, accommodating & couldn't do enough for us. This included a free upgrade to a A/C room on the ground floor to reduce noise disturbance, excessive movement & increased comfort. Bed was comfortable, modern shower room & soft lighting made it a pleasant stay, we even were graced with free coffees before we left. Definitely a top pick for an extremely competitive price with great hospitality, will certainly stay again if needed! Thank you!

Have been to the pub several times in the last couple of months. There’s never any good wines and today I was told there wasn’t any white wine. They only sell nuts, have never got crisps in stock. The service today was awful! The GM needs to sort out her stock. I was told today that the GM doesn’t listen to the bar staff and won’t order any stock!

So easy to get into London from here and such a reasonable price. The ladies at reception were so helpful and friendly. Highly recommend xxx

Amazing staff just unlucky Room On arrival the place was quiet and the Lady who greeted us was super lovely took interest in our vist to London. As we entered our Room it was lovely a combination of old and new interior was lovely to see, the bed was amazing just like most young hotels. That's about it from the positive side. The main issues we ran into with this Room was one evening my partner had a glass of wine that was on top of a bed side table, It was very strong but as she went to open the draw one of the wheels for the draw must of snap whilst opening. With that making the wine glass fall over and smash all over her clothes and floor. I cut 3 of my fingers trying to pick up the glass. Then couple of hours later in the same evening this loud ringing sound came from the ceiling by the Door entrance that was so loud that we couldn't sleep for our last night. We decided to have a breakfast at the hotel and again the staff were so kind and lovely to us but the breakfast was not up to youngs standards from the warm milk on the bar and eggs that were dry and hard when I was having boiled eggs and soldiers and didn't feel like having anything else. Tea and coffee was amazing tho that saved the day. All of these issues we have throughout our stay were met with massive apologies and support from staff and management. I recommend this hotel as if any issues come up you are met with 5 star Hotel service

Having booked this place by accident (initially wanting somewhere closer to OVO), I was happily surprised. The quality of the place I think is decent especially for the price. The staff are really knowledgeable and helpful, especially Jan. The hotel is about 10 minute walk from Greenfield station so it is no hassle really.
