You don’t get ripped off for over loving and being extra cautious with your pet. I’ve been 5 or 6 times since getting my pup and there is no general appointment fee! Mina is amazing!
This Vets has such good reviews, I took my Dog there and felt the first visit was fine. The second visit a long while after, my Dog was very ill so I took her there knowing she was probably gravely ill, Mina the Vet didn’t check her gums which were very pale and gave medication for arthritis to try and see if that helped her back legs. My Dog was extremely ill and I then had to wait for a vet’s appointment at another vet’s. We had to carry her in and make the decision to let her go. She suffered by not being examined properly by Mina and having to wait for an appointment at the second Vets.
Called this morning for an enquiry to get an appointment for my pet, the woman answred the phone as if it was a hassel for her to do in the first place, when asked if the pet is registered and I responded no, she very rudely responded with "we're not taking any registrations" and hung up. Didn't even give me a chance to respond. Could have simply said "sorry we are not currently taking registrations, have a nice day bye". I really do not understand the rudeness and attitude that came from this woman when I was simply making an enquiry.
I have been taking my cats to Mina for more than 13 years, even if I moved out of the area. If there were more stars I would have given them. Caring, honest, trustworthy and mainly great vet and very experienced. I only feel my cats are safe with her.
Been taking my Frenchie for over 3 years now and this place has helped me through highs and lows. The veterinarian was very informative and helpful u can tell this place has a love for animals and treats all animals with care and love
Mina is lovely. Doesn't charge nearly as much as other vets which shows that she's not in this for the money. She really does just care about animals. I trust her
This is the best vets I have ever been to!!! Mina really does have the best interest of the animals at heart. She provides an honest, friendly, no nonsense service and her expertise are second to none. The prices are incredibly reasonable and it is both obvious and reassuring that this is a practice that puts the welfare of the animals above money. I cannot tell you how very grateful I am to have this level of care for my cats, and I always see other pet owners coming and going with a smile on their face. There is literally nobody else that I would trust to provide a better service.
Mina is an outstanding veterinarian. She goes out of her way to help animals in need. She is kind, friendly and helpful that always offers reliable treatment that helps cure pets. Her knowledge and experience instil trust and peace of mind. I couldn't be happier! Mina is an incredible doctor.
