She did not make me feel rushed, I felt heard and I felt that she really genuinely cared for my pet - she was amazing with my cat Flossy, I really cannot fault her. Her listening, examination and diagnosis skills were great, as was her patience as flossy was not being an example patient. “We left our 4 chihuahuas and 1 sausage dog here for a week. We couldn’t recommend this business more highly. Our dogs are very small and nervous so we were worried. We were amazed at how they just happily walked off with the staff on the first day. These staff are total experts and really love the dogs. There's all sorts of household stuff including electrical stuff. There's also a phone store, optician and a cafe. Loads of free parking and really handy being next to the A38 Devon expressway.”
