I moved here after leaving my last vets as they were rude and didn’t seem to care much for animals! Anyway, Woodside is thankfully totally different, the care they take with my dog is very reassuring and reception staff are so helpful and friendly.

Appalling- had my 18 year old Euthanasia due to poor health. Was advised to use their recommended crematorium. I decided to use an alternative at £150 cheaper. I did not receive a call when the ashes returned only to find out they had returned 6 days previous. I asked why I was not informed- their answer ‘“you did not use our recommended crematorium” appalling. Sent on behalf of my daughter

The vets themselves have for the most part been lovely, but after suffering a bereavement and health issue we just needed an extra few weeks to make the most recent payments. We have paid this practice thousands of pounds over the past 2-3 years in vet fees and have never paid late, but they wouldn't allow us any grace with the payment and threatened debt collectors. So much for customer service.

First time visiting as I had to collect my friends dog for her . Staff were super friendly and welcoming and clearly enjoy their jobs and love animals. Instant trated like family on arrival and that's both pets and owners

Reception staff are rude and stuck up!! I was recommended to go there to get my dog neutered and was hesitant as had my dog spayed there years ago and they were rude back then so I moved vets! My vets isn’t doing any procedures at the moment so I called…. Very lovely person originally on the phone said no problem register online and ask to be put on the waiting list… lovely… phone call today to sort it going fine until I mentioned I am registered else where (which if I hadn’t mentioned at that precise moment she wouldn’t even know!!) so no need to worry about flea and worm prescriptions… for her to then say sorry you can’t be registered somewhere else and have the procedure here??? Huh?? I mentioned that when I called… no problem… to be told well I don’t know who told you that? That’s your fault not mine! Also I am paying full price for the procedure what difference does it make?? How do you expect people to do a responsible thing and neuter their dog if you refuse to treat them because they’re registered else where?? Which I know you do actually do because you work with Woodside and do it cheap?? Absolutely appalled with the wrong information being given and then the attitude of the woman on the phone not helpful at all!! Would never go back there or recommend to anyone!! Rude rude rude!!!

I cannot thank the Woodlands team enough for their kindness and dedication over the last week. My cat fell ill on Christmas Day and we ended up at Woodlands on Boxing Day treating him for an extreme UTI. Emergency staff were excellent, as were all the other staff I met over the last week. I was constantly talked through my options in a professional and respectful manner. Special thanks goes to Chloe for our final visit yesterday - a very hard decision to make, but she was compassionate, patient and did everything to make the experience as dignified as possible. Here's a few of Fred in better days ❤️
