Wonderful. Cannot express my gratitude enough to Liz for all of her help. Squeezed me in at short notice, whilst I was in a dire situation. Cared for my two, elderly cats like they were her own. In the process of their stay she managed to sort Dylan’s dietary issues with her unprecedented and vast experience and knowledge. A brilliant experience and one that could not have been better for our 19 year old cat. She has health conditions which did not faze Liz, who is a fountain of knowledge and skill. A wonderful place! My mum’s cat (who is blind) was so very well cared for in every way. Excellent facilities in the owners home, delicious food / more like a hotel. Liz is very knowledgeable and a source of much information regarding the cat’s welfare. We are so lucky to have found Cathaven. Outstanding!
Ever since I used Cathaven for my two cats I know they will be very well looked after whilst I'm away & have had some very useful information on their diets. Liz is so knowledgeable with diets & welfare. My red boy oriental is a challenge to look after & Liz copes with him so well. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Liz's Cattery ⭐️
We boarded our two cats Vivi and Smokie whilst we moved from Beds to Plymouth. We couldn't have been more impressed, Liz is such a lovely lady, so helpful and informative and the cat lode is like home to hotel for them. We Would definitely hope to board our two fur babes here again.
The most luxurious accommodation your cat can get, they're better fed than I am and Liz is highly knowledgeable. It was really useful being able to chat with someone who knows cats inside out, when I got my new cat. Lovely lady, lovely cattery!
My cat Chloe has never been into a cattery before but when i read the reviews about Cathaven Lodge and how well the cats are looked after we arranged a visit to the home which has a very calm feeling as you walk in and the cats have their own bedrooms which are very well equiped with everything from toys to a tv and Liz is a lovely lady who knows her stuff and is very passionate about cats. We booked chloe in for 12 days and when i picked her up after our holiday she had been very well looked after and was a happy little cat. I will certainly arrange with Liz to take care of Chloe again. Thankyou very much Liz
CC has yet to stay but Liz was great. Very passionate when it comes to caring for her guests and extremely knowledgeable. Look forward to lodging CC (Chris's Cat) all being well - fingers crossed!
Liz is a very passionate and careing lady and nothing is to much trouble for her. We entrusted our beloved elderly cat mia who needs daily medication and were realy pleased when we were told about liz and were very inpressed with the cathaven set up,whilst we were away she kept in contact with us to put us at ease and to reassure us that mia was ok.we would highly recommend cathaven as it is a home from home for cats.Thanks liz .
