   We had to call them out of hours on Sunday as our lovely dog was very unwell. Shannon and Louise met us at the practice and were so compassionate and professional. We had to put our lovely boy to sleep but it was done with so much kindness. Everything was explained to us, and what to expect. You were so good with us and helped us at every stage. We will always be thankful for that. Thank you

   Selworthy have shown such care and compassion and made the whole process of putting down my cats so much easier. Unfortunately we had to put our cats down within 6 weeks of each other and the empathy and care really helped. One receptionist even got out from her desk to give me a big hug which just made me cry from such a kind gesture! So appreciated in such a sad time and I can't say thank you enough.

   Horrendous experience. Biased. My dying cat not prioritised. Terrible communication, lack of care. And being intimidated when trying to advocate for my cat to be seen after trying for days. Sick of ‘professionals’ closing rank to protect their own. Bias training should be implemented here and clients able to edit their records so the OPINION of one person doesn’t not influence whether your animal is prioritised or not. My beautiful cat was only given pain relief in the 24 hours before she died- I wish the same for some of them.

   Absolutely brilliant vets. They helped our dog when we were on holiday, taking great care of him and making sure he was ok to travel home. We felt instantly assured that he was in safe hands. The vets, nurses and reception staff were all extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.

   Absolutely amazing vet, veterinary nurses and receptionist . Couldn’t have been more supportive of the dog in my care and myself. Ella was seen straight away on what must have been their lunch break. I have always gone to them. 20+ years for my other pets too. Thankyou for your affinity, love and understanding with Ella . I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thankyou for being there at what was a very upsetting time. Xx

   Although we are registered with South Moor vets yesterday the refused to come out to see my staffy who was obviously in pain, even out of hours, even though they heard him over the phone. Even emergency out of hours they wouldn't come out. However, Selworthy visited at 5.30 pm last night. So professional and friendly, not to mention understanding and caring. Unfortunately he had to be put down. I know who ill be using from now on
