   This is a fantastic product. I was a little wary after reading that recycled plastic was being used. However when the product arrived I was blown away by the quality and softness of the product. The web site is easy to use and delivery came within 3 days. I will now buy more products from Reef Knots as I think it is a great company especially in helping us to recycle plastic that is being thrown away by irresponsible people.

   Having seen a Reef Knots store in Leadenhall Market around the corner from my office I gave them ago and haven't looked back since. The amount of compliments I get on my ties are ridiculous, they're truly unique! The shirts are probably the best fit I've experienced and the quality of the recycled quarter zip makes anything else feel cheap. If I could give 10 stars I would!

   I have been their customer for a long time. I have bought several ties and swim trunks and I have been very happy with these products. But recently I purchased a quarter-zip jumper. Looked great, not cheap but I was expecting a good quality as always from Reef Knots. Unfortunately it is not the case. After a week or so I noticed plenty of cotton flakes from the inside of the jumper stuck to the collar. It looks dirty... But the worst was to come. I wrote a review on their website. I received a link to confirm my email address which I did. Yet my review has not been published... I took some pictures of the jumper and emailed them to the customer service. No reply whatsoever... Shame. It used to be a good company when they focused on ties. Now I think they have grown big and they don't care anymore. Goodbye Reef Knots!
