Always love a mountain warehouse. This one is a bit small so the range is limited. I would recommend rotating the range twice a year in the spring summer reducing jackets and putting in more shorts as I think there was only 3 types for men’s.
Disgusting treatment of customers. I ordered an item online from this company, due to a problem with their online ordering two items went through. Trying to get the item back has been a nightmare, I had to stay in from 10am to 5pm waiting for item to be picked up then told I would be refunded within 14 days of item returned. Over 14 days and I still have not been refunded despite calling three times. I thought this was a trusted UK shop but will never order anything from this company, customer service is non existent, online ordering is difficult and they seem to be very happy hanging on to your money. All this difficulty which was their online systems fault in the first place. BEWARE.

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Becki and her store manager for having great product knowledge and great understanding of my wife's needs, as we looked for a new pair of walking boots, in a busy period between between Christmas and New Years, and with limited stock. They were patient, professional and genuinely friendly. We were so grateful; well except thanks to them I bought Susie a pair of boots and socks and I walked out the store £130 poorer!!!!???
