I bought a waterproof jacket from the kingsbridge South Devon store. The so-called lining started to peal off the inside of the jacket then my jumper/, pullover got wet when it rained. Don't make the same mistake by buying one. NOT RECOMMENDED. AVOID!
Kind and welcoming staff. The store isn't the largest so it doesn't offer a huge variety of clothing, but it's at a decent quality and price. It also has a closing down sale annually

Shopped in Kingsbridge peacocks for years and years but lately it has gone down hill. Firstly, apparently peacocks no longer accept an exchange without a receipt. It’s difficult times, not being able to try items on in the shops so you have to buy an item and try it on at home. My purchase was completely the wrong size and the receipt was lost in transit on the way home, which means I am now stuck with this. Secondly, they can no longer put an item back (on hold) for you. Again our Kingsbridge store has always done this, but now it’s, ‘No, can’t do that’. Really disappointed as of late and I Won’t be returning until customer service improves. You’ve just lost yourself a loyal customer.
