I had a great experience with Nonsuch - I bought a hard to find Jellycat Santa a few days before Christmas (priced below retail, not marked up like most other sellers), it was posted really quickly and arrived in time - thank you! I live in Utah, in the USA and the international shipping from Nonsuch was a great experience! How even did I find this website? Well, for whatever reason some certain Papo action figures are not available from sellers here, and it seems like they won't be restocked anytime soon. So I was searching online and found this store's website. Their page says they've shipped internationally before for some items, and their contact info was easy to find. So I contacted them and asked about the two Papo figures. Aston was very helpful in explaining the process to order and ship internationally, and the process itself was very straightforward and easy. Couldn't have been simpler, so that was nice. You could find some of these figures, like Shark Mutant, on ebay or other similar websites, but they might be in various states of use, untagged, or missing items. Even if new and tagged, a lot of the time the price and cost of shipping there is ultimately higher than retail value would be, which I suppose can be expected. Some figures seem to have never even been listed on ebay and are listed as out of stock elsewhere, such as the Prince Philip figure, in white specifically. Nonsuch was really the only store that had that in stock, and could ship internationally. This is great, because I already have his horse, also new and tagged, so I was looking for one that would match well together. So to buy them new and tagged, at retail price, and pay international shipping really doesn't cost much more at the end of the day than finding them new and tagged on ebay--or not finding them at all. If I take the final price I payed for the two figures that I got from Nonsuch + shipping and divide it by two, then I basically bought the Shark Mutant for about the same as a new and tagged one on ebay is currently listed as, and I got Prince Philip in white for the same as the shark, which has no other available price to compare it to. So, overall, it was a good experience! The customer service is excellent and the communication was clear. They accept PayPal and it was shipped out quickly. The figures were wrapped in bubble wrap and packed in a small box very nicely. A great store and website, with great owners!

This store’s customer service, communication and shipping was definitely 10 stars!! I live in the US and my transaction couldn’t have gone smoother. I will definitely be back!!
