   Doesn't do the things we agreed to pay for - then charged us for things we didn't ask them to do. Then tried to lie to me why it was needed but as a doctor myself I knew she was lying. Then she back tracked. Dishonest!

   Could not have been better. My cat became quite sick, unfortunatley I was covid +. the guys were amazing, set up for me to hand him over in the car park, wiped everything down. were so kind and understanding. Really clear and precise with their instructions to me to keep them safe (mask wearing, wipes etc). I could not have asked for a more kind and compassionate service.

   The team at Kingsteignton Vets are just the best. My little dog Billy has been registered here for 8 years since I've had him and I can't thank them all enough for how well they've looked after him. This was particularly evident after his recent dental surgery where he would have quite happily stayed there being cuddled. Even when we have routine visits, he now quite happily walks through the doors excited to see everyone where he gets lots of fuss made of him. Very reassuring for me as his owner to know how well he is looked after. Thank you.
