Wonderful veterinary practice. I swapped a year or so ago and I am much happier. Nothing is too much trouble and they are really friendly and helpful.
Very friendly staff. Lovely calm and quite reception area. My very nervous cat was not in the least bit worried whilst we were there.

Great service friendly staff, listen to what I was concerned about with my kitten going out and eating random things. Definitely review them, had microchip done with them.

I like this Vetinary Practice. It is part of a group so this particular practice is only open on Thursdays and Fridays. Emergencies are covered by their larger premises. This practice is ideal for check ups, injections and collecting monthly prescriptions.
It’s hard because I’ve had good and bad experiences so I’d say 2.5/5 it depends on the vet/staff you encounter. Also VERY pricy and a lot of pet insurances aren’t accepted so it can be very costly even if you have insurance.
The staff are brilliant my Border Collie Petra was well looked after especially when it was her time to pass over. The vets give you good advice explain everything in detail, they treat your pet as if its there own. I would like to say a big Thank you for taking care of Petra. Ms J Cremen
