   We used the cattery for many years and even went out of our way to help the owner when he had a serious medical emergency. Despite that, we have just been told with less than a week's notice that he won't take our cats as he doesn't agree with our liberal politics on Facebook. His actual words; he would cut off his nose to spite his face despite his struggling business. Absolutely unprofessional and bizarre way to do business. If you use this cattery, don't add him on social media as he will do the same to you. As it happens, we have actually found somewhere better, with better facilities and a proprietor with better customer service!

   I am really Happy with Mike and his cattery. My cats were very content and well looked after. I was given regular updates and was reassured by his attention to detail. I would definitely use again. He is clearly passionate about cats and very knowledgeable. I also appreciated his flexibility with drop off/pick off times and fairness with respect to pricing when my circumstances changed. Great place.

   We are disgusted at the way we were treated after we collected our cats and discovered one of them was injured whist there. Her rear paw had two claws completely de-gloved! The owner completely denied the injury had happened in his care even though the bedding we had collected had fresh blood in it along with the bedding in the basket we brought her home in. We were told "not my problem" when we told him about it. Do not leave your cats here. Suffice to say we have reported this to the licensing authority. Disappointed that I have to leave one star, I wish I could leave no star.

   Absolutely appalling - if you want a stress-free experience with an acceptable level of customer service, do not want to be accused of falsifying veterinary records and do not wish to witness childish behaviour from what is supposedly a professional business owner then do not consider trying to book your cat into this cattery. There are far better options available, some may be less convenient but the extra effort to avoid this cattery more than makes up for the experience you will have!

   Was always worried about leaving Dennis at any cattery. She's always been a lap cat and HATES her pet carrier. Her sorrowful yowls in the journey was heart wrenching and genuinely weighed on me just before a holiday. The owner was more than reassuring and kept updates on how Dennis was via WhatsApp. Dennis came home still as loving as ever and her coat felt Amazing to boot. She was a joy to look after apparently which works both ways as I'd easily use this place again! The owner takes it upon themselves to get the right/suggested food for Dennis as well!

   Used this cattery for a weekend and was happy with the service provided. Second time round Mike was incredibly rude when I provided a digital copy of my cats vaccination record rather than paper. I've never received such poor customer service to have someone point their finger and raise their voice in this way, even when I explained this was a part of my vets Covid safeguarding. On collecting my cats I came to three large dogs barking at the cat living area, they then came running towards the entrance gate barking at me. Dogs roaming the premises were never mention before hand. Taking my cats home they smelt of cat urine, which really was the cherry on the cake. Personally won't be using this cattery again.
