   This was just my second visit but both time everyone was welcoming and Professional and friendly. They make you feel at ease to ask questions, and importantly, not rushed. Very transparent also. I felt safe taking my pet and felt they genuinely cared.

   Greeted by friendly receptionist, my pets have been seen by Carina who is amazing, you can tell all the staff have a genuine love for animals. There was no upsell in the appointments ( I've had this from another local vets) in fact Carina informed me of products that I should stay away from as they are gimmicks and could do more harm then good. Services are competitively priced and they also have a monthly pet care plan. I would 100% recommend this vet practice to everyone and anyone. I can't see my pets going to any other veterinary practice.

   I want to say a huge thank you to the team, especially Louise. They showed so much kindness and patience when I brought my 18 year old cat Billy in. They did not rush us at all and treated him with love and dignity. Louise explained everything with honesty and compassion and helped me make the best decision for him.It was the hardest moment but they made it peaceful and gentle for Billy. I will always be grateful for the care, time and support they gave us.

   Absolutely brilliant vets honestly can’t recommend them enough. From the minute you walk in, the staff are so welcoming and genuinely caring. It never feels like you’re “just another appointment.” They take their time, they listen, and you can tell straight away that the animals come first, not the money. We were seen by Louise and she was amazing with our puppy. So patient, so gentle, and she explained everything in a way that actually made sense. You can tell she really loves what she does. Our 4-month-old pup felt so comfortable with her, which says a lot! Price-wise, they’re honestly really fair. Some things like X-rays are naturally more expensive anywhere, especially with a young puppy, so that’s expected. But for day-to-day care they’re very reasonable. Our consultation was £120 and that included the full check-over, a week’s worth of antibiotics, and all the medication. Their emergency vet was also only £90 if we needed to go there, which is amazing considering the other vets we rang wanted £400 upfront just to be seen. That alone shows you they’re not out to rinse people they genuinely put pets first. Every visit we’ve had has been consistently good. They don’t rush you, they don’t push unnecessary treatments, and they always give honest advice based on what’s best for your pet —not what makes them the most money. You don’t get that everywhere. All of the staff are a credit to the practice. They’re friendly, helpful, and you can see how much they care about the animals they look after. It makes the whole experience so much easier and so much less stressful. If you’re looking for a vets that actually puts animals first, treats you with respect, and gives amazing care every single time, this is the place to go.

   Excellent care was given to my poorly cat on his first visit. We had a warm & efficient welcome from the receptionist. The reception & consultation rooms were fresh & clean. I was reassured by the vet, and she dealt with my cat sensitively & gently. I felt I could trust the diagnosis & treatment he received. Thank you all at Manor vets.

   Manor Vets is the best I have ever been to. I am often at the vets with my dog, she is always greeted with much warmth and all staff come across as having a true love for all the animals that attend the surgery Staff always seem to go over and above as much as they can to help and be supportive.

   The Manor Vet Surgery was recommended to me when I moved to Rochester in June 2022. My dog Pickle has been twice and on both occasions the staff were friendly and professional. I'm very very happy with the service and support they offer. The VIP plan is also worth looking into ..... Very Cost effective if you're watching the pennies.

   Been using Manor vets since the early 1990s. Always had excellent service for my dogs. When the original owner/vet sold the practice I was very concerned that the quality of service would not be as good. On my first visit after the change of ownership, I was pleasantly surprised that the service was as good as it was under the previous owner. I always recommend Manor vets if anyone asks me for a excellent vet.

   We have been with manor vets for over 20 years and we can’t thank the guys enough for the kindness and compassion that they show there. They go above and beyond and show great care towards all the animals that they care for and tend to every need lovingly giving reassurance to the animal giving them cuddles and reassurance. We have recently had to make the dreaded decision to have our beautiful boy Rocky put peacefully to sleep at the age of 14 and a half. We can’t thank the guys enough for the tenderness and compassion they showed knowing how hard these decisions us as pet owners have to make. We was delighted to receive a lovely card from the guys at manor including a paw print of our precious boy and they called us as soon as his ashes had arrived back so we could collect him immediately and bring him home where he belongs. We still have our little girl Bella and the team at manor vets are all fantastic and we will never use another vet for her or any other pet we have in future
