βI have used Joel street for 16 yrs and they are amazing . Have had to put my beloved totem down and they did it in the car as I asked for , with hair and paw prints and such love . Just received hand written card and seeds for the garden - couldnβt not have wished for me tenderness xxβ
βVery helpful friends caring staff who obviously care a great deal for the animals. Could not have made things easier for me and completely made sure I knew every step and had plenty of enough time to ask anything I wanted. Could not ask for a better veterinary group, amazing staff, especially Jane and Natalieβ
βI spent so long looking for vets that take in birds we had called 7 vets and then was recommend here, the lady that took in my two budgies was very good with my budgies.Price was very good for just a check up that was around Β£40 they sent us to buy a few tests for one of my budgies which was quite pricey but they gave a tube that was free.Extremely happy with how they treated my budgies and my family but 1 of my budgies did unfortunately past away but it was nothing to do with the vet she passed a few months after the vet visit. But I'm definitely going to come here again with my other budgie as it was extremely helpful and understanding.β
βGreg is a fantastic no nonsense vet. It is super easy to get an appointment here, you're never waiting long and he is super efficient when you're in the consult. I used to use Pets At Home until they refused to see our dog in an emergency. Greg agreed to take a look even though the dog wasn't a current patient. Since then, I haven't looked back. I don't know how Greg does these hours by himself, but it's great knowing you're seeing the same vet each time. Prices are super reasonable and they don't take the mick.β
βThe practice was very friendly and happily arranged a last minute appointment for my daughter's dog on a Saturday morning. The Vet was was calm and sensible with the treatment proposal and did not advise lots of tests etc. She identified the probable cause of the problem as a UTI and a suitable course of anti-biotics was prescribed. Problem gone after two days. Wonderful, thank you!β
βKatie our 13yr C.K.C.S had to go for health check and boosters. She is very nervous when at the vets. We met Bolu Eso for the first time , Katie was at ease with him no shaking or burying her head into me. He was easy to talk to and was very understanding about Katie being nervous. Hope he stays at Grove road for a long time.β
βIβm a new kitten owner so being greeted by Kelly at the Cannonbury branch has been so helpful! She is friendly, professional and welcoming . Kelly is the right person to meet when walking into a vet as a first time animal owner . Zeta is a very friendly welcoming vet .I never feel rushed and she explains everything in such detail that we leave feeling reassured all is well . She clearly enjoys her work . We are very happy with this local vet .β
βWe always have such a pleasant experience at Goddard Vets in Hackney. The team look after Monty so well. Special shout out to vet nurses Kelly and Charlotte - you girls are amazing and are so good at your jobs!β
βThe vet was excellent in diagnosing what was wrong with our rabbit he gave the rabbit a thorough examination and communicated with me throughout. The anti-inflammatory medicine he prescribed worked and the rabbit got better within a week just as he said.β
βI have just taken my two dogs to Dagenham Goddard vets. I cannot praise the staff enough they were polite friendly and very knowledgeable. My dog can be a little reactive to being touched but Dianne and Laurence were amazing with him very patient and kind and managed to get a blood test with no problems.β
βgot three cats. Duchess, Wolfgang and Needy Ned. Medivet takes the absolute very best care of them. Im so grateful for that and so are my cats xxβ
βI went yesterday to get an Animal Health Certificate for taking my dog to Belgium. The staff were very friendly and most helpful with my concern about my dogβs condition. As was the veterinarian. Itβs a great pity that I will no longer use their wonderful service. Suffice to say that I would highly recommend them for your petβs needs. This visit left me with a very positive experience.β
βThank you to the vet who helped Fio. (I don't know his name.) Fio was vomiting, and he received an injection which stopped the vomit, and Fio slowly recovered from it. Thank you for the follow-up. If Fio is happy l'm happy!β
βA great vet practice. Always a welcoming bunch on arrival, and every vet seen to date, seems to really put the pet first. Itβs easy to book appointments, and if ever Iβve had to change appointments, theyβre always happy to assist. I just wished my GP treated me the same way. Lolβ
βI cannot speak highly enough about this pharmacy. From my initial contact to treatment the attention to detail and personal approach was exceptional. I was supported and listened to and the treatment from Sam and the entire staff truly stood out for me - thank you to everyone at Pyramid I shall be a customer for life :)β
βHave had to use their Emergency Veterinary services twice with our house rabbits and they have been excellent both times. They are caring, understanding and knowledgeable, which is hugely important when it comes to bunnies tummy issues! Zero hesitation in recommending them.β
βIngrid was so so sweeyto me about 29 minutes ago and Iβm truly grateful(,she doesnβt know whatβs going on behind my forehead but her empathy made me think she did!!! )Great service great placeβ
βItβs lovely to have friendly, efficient vets so local to us. They always strive to give you an appointment as soon as possible which is really appreciated when you have a pet worry. Reception staff are also very helpful and friendly.β
βVery caring, professional and great value castration. Got given painkillers and cone included in the price. They explained the aftercare very well.β
βI love this practice! I've been taking my very nervous and stressed out cat here for 2 years now. Shout out to R on reception who is so kind and lovely. I'm so confident taking my pet here and they put my anxiety at ease too.β
βReally great service everyone there are so friendly and helpful my dog is really happy to visit there and not at all nervous. I'm so grateful.β
βHighly recommend, my dog had managed to tear her dew claw, it was nearly hanging off. The vet and the nurse were super kind and caring. They fixed it a few minutes, treating it as an emergency. Thank you so much.β
βIt's a place I took my other dogs so when I got new puppies I signed them up.i have always had great service and really lovely friendly staff. The vet was so great with my girl puppy on her last visit.β
βI've been using goddards since 2013 and I must say they are amazing. I've had 2 cats neutered (male and female) by Jo and 1 dog (female) and I must say the process has been nothing short of excellent. Jo is a godsend. She's very caring and kind. They are professional yet very caring and understanding. They treated my exempt "xl bully" with nothing but love and care. She was very well looked after during her day at the clinic and was given alot of affection. Highly recommend this vets. All the staff are brilliant. A little bit more expensive than surrounding vets but worth every penny just for the service alone. The vets itself is always clean, I like that it's never busy/overcrowded in the waiting room like other vets, appointments 99.9% of the time are on time, parking literally on the doorstep.β
βSo grateful for the wonderful staff here. My dog ripped her toenail - hardly life threatening but obviously painful and causing her distress. I called Stone Lion and they gave us an appointment within a couple of hours, then despite being clearly very busy saw us promptly and sorted it out with all of the compassion that an emotional Staffordshire Bull Terrier needs. The reception staff were great too, they clearly care as much as the clinical staff. Thank you!!β
βThe staff made me and my dog feel so welcome and the vet took the time to gain my dogβs trust before examining her. All the time the vet was explaining and informing me of the procedure and always put my dogβs welfare first. Would definitely recommend this surgery.β
βDr Mihai is very talented, caring and diligent. He goes above and beyond in his work and I am very grateful to have him nearby. I cannot recommend this practice enough!β
βI recently joined this practice and have seen all the vets at the surgery, as I have a dog whoβs been quite unwell. Every single member of the team has been so lovely and compassionate. Theyβve shown real care and gentleness towards my dog, especially considering how anxious sheβs become about vet visits. They never push unnecessary or expensive treatments - only what she truly needs - and every time we leave, sheβs calm and on the road to recovery. I highly recommend them. Itβs such a relief to have found a practice that puts the animalβs wellbeing first.β
βThis isn't our usual vets (though we would be very happy to change for them to be our regular vets) but we have been here on two occassions as they are helpfully open on a Saturday. The first occassion was after our dog unfortunately ate a big avocado pip, and the staff were very friendly and helped us see a vet quickly to help my dog vomit up the avocado pip - she was absolutely fine after this. Our second visit was last weekend, as our dog had seemed lethargic for a while - not her useful hyper self - and had lost her appetite. The vet found some time to see her in between booked consultations, and quickly realised it was an emergency after seeing some blood test results. He and the very helpful receptionist helped find an out of hours emergency veterinary practice that was able to take our dog Bella for a blood transfusion, and we just got her back this morning after her transfusion and two days of hospitalisation. We are very very grateful for Brockwell vets for seeing us, spotting the emergency and helping Bella get the care she needs (as we're scared to think what may have happened otherwise!!)β
βExcellent vets. Always helpful and great with people and animals!β
