We have brought our dog to you for the last 8 or so years and all your vets have been lovely until a couple of years ago. We've now had a few vets who were very nice to us, the adults, but a little perfunctory to our dog. The other day it was obvious to us she was at the end of her life and we didn't want your vets to put her down so we took her to another vet (not Goddards) where they were lovely - so kind to her and to us. Don't let your standards slip. Dog owners care passionately about their dogs, even at the end of life.

Lizz was amazing throughout with us, especially when putting Chester down she was really helpful in explaining the whole process and giving us the whole information and explaining whether or not it was the right time to put Chester down, amazing vet thank you so much

I’ve been taking my mainecoon Gandalf to them since he was a kitten, and they’ve truly become our local go-to veterinary clinic. They were first recommended to me by my friend Derek, who had two King Charles Spaniels long ago, and I’m so glad I followed his advice. Every visit has been excellent — the communication, the way they provide clear information, and how they guide you through every step is amazing. They treated my boy when he was a kitten and had a babyhood illness, and yesterday they performed his neutering surgery, which went perfectly. The staff are always friendly, warm, and genuinely willing to help. If I had to mention one tiny downside, it’s that I’ve noticed some medications are sold at a higher price in the past, compared to elsewhere. But honestly, I can overlook that because the quality of care and support they give is worth it. Overall, I’m extremely happy with their service and grateful for everything they’ve done for my son. They are always there to help whenever you are in need. True capeless heroes.

Was with this vet for five years and they’ve always been just satisfactory which was fine just for routine appointments. But when my cat needed real care I found them to be quite dismissive and sloppy - the vet seemed not experienced as they were sloppy even with the general health check and needed me to prompt them to weigh my cat. Then they were dismissive with my questions and just advised to go to referral for a pretty serious surgery even though ,after consulting my vet friends, the problem wasn’t that serious to require surgery. My cat recovered on her own only a few days later. I’ve moved to another clinic and they’ve made me realise that I should’ve moved ages ago.

The practice was very friendly and happily arranged a last minute appointment for my daughter's dog on a Saturday morning. The Vet was was calm and sensible with the treatment proposal and did not advise lots of tests etc. She identified the probable cause of the problem as a UTI and a suitable course of anti-biotics was prescribed. Problem gone after two days. Wonderful, thank you!

This Vet is AMAZING! I Called this Saturday morning and asked about an issue that I just found out the night before on my dog and they squeezed me in on the spot! Helped me register her and helped my dog when I arrived!! Lovely helpful staff and just an incredible experience. Also extremely affordable which definitely helps! Can’t express how happy I am I found out about this Vet ❤️❤️❤️❤️ good vibes all around thank you thank you!!!

Highly recommend noone use this vet any longer - they have consciously decided that good service is unnecessary. They are disorganised, have poor systems and there is someone new who has no idea every time I attend. I was in yesterday for a Cytopoint injection for my dog Fawlty at 3pm. I was approx 15mins late, as it began to rain quite heavily around 2.45pm so I needed to use an alternate mode of transport and couldn't call. I arrived and apologised for being late -- in the past when this has happened the nurse, vet or receptionist has been quite understanding as central London, mid afternoon, mid week, and the appointment usually lasts less than 5 minutes -- the injection itself takes no more than a minute. Yesterday, the collective reception to my being late was extremely poor, and quite unfitting of anyone that wants to have custom, especially related to animals. In short, snap out of it, and wake up. Customers may be late on occasion, and that's part and parcel of a service profession -- they may not have meant that to happen. There is zero need to behave like petulant children. If this is well beyond your service ability, close up shop and allow someone else to move in and take over. As you can imagine, after this episode I will no longer be using your services.

Great medical professionals. they do get busy and I've heard irate customers on the phone each time i've been 'Why can't you see me today!' type calls. But they do have a 24/7 hospital in Wimbledon (that I've taken my cats to before) if things are dire. Well worth the Uber cost. But inside, they're quick, friendly and efficient. I'd like to move house and staying near a Goddard branch is a factor in my location choice.

You want the best care for your pooch and you get it here! They accommodated Kenzo quickly and were patient and kind. I’m so grateful for the team and happy I made the right choice by registering my tiny puppy here!
