   I have always been impressed with the level of care and service at Goddard Tottenham. The staff always make massive fuss of my puppy Lowder, he loves their attention, and they have taken great care of him on each visit. So much so, that Lowder loves coming to appointments at this branch. All the staff there truely care for the animals in their care, their service is exemplar, couldn’t fault them. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vet for their pet. They go above and beyond for your pet.

   The service is complete crap. They wouldn't take me in with my sick dog 30 minutes before the end of the workday. Even the doctor didn't look at my dog's condition. There's complete humanism and a lack of compassion.

   Took our kitten to her first appointment today. The vet was lovely and answered all our questions. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The prices seem reasonable as well. I would highly recommend Goddard's.

   This surgery is the best vet service that I have ever had. The staff there are wonderful, professional, kind and friendly. Bosco is my absolute hero and I don't know what I would do without him! I highly recommend them.

   The worst! This is the closest vet as we don’t have a car but every time we come here they give the wrong price information on the phone and then tell us a more expensive price when we arrive. The people that work there are rude and dismissive especially when they are in the wrong. Update 3/12/22 The Vet prescribed dog medicine for our cats. I’m not a vet but that is a major level of negligence which could of been fatal. Luckily we noticed beforehand. Please be vigilant or choice a better vet.

   I have left the my pet's insurance claim form with the nurse from Goddard Vet (tottenham) but they did not do anything at all for a week. So i called them to check whether my claim form has been processed or not , but still nothing is happening. So I waited and called back after 3 weeks time as i didn't see any action from them and they realised that THEY LOST THE FORM. It is very disappointing that the nurse are not accountable which they promised me to do so. I am happy with the Vet but the adminstration is disappointing. They should have contacted me as soon as they realised that they lost the form. I had to chase up and waste my time. It is very disappointing.

   Be very careful when using this vet. My mum who is a pensioner had a poorly dog. He had blood work done and they advised it was an issue with his teeth ( Not convinced) My brother took him to their hospital to have supposed teeth removed. Long story short he woke up earlier then expected during surgery so only managed to complete one side. He was due to come home later that day after a simple surgery but they couldn’t stop him bleeding. He died the next night as his heart stopped( obviously lost too much blood). Shocked and upset my brother drove to him to say goodbye he wasn’t old for a staff at 10 and I believe there was something they didn’t pick up on. Anyway they charged my mum just under £2k for this traumatic situation. I would never take a beloved pet to these after this!!!! Just be warned!!!!
