Very caring and welcoming . Lovely and clean reception area. The vet him self is very attentive and listens to your worries and concerns. Very happy with my vets I have used for years.
This is a fantastic vet practice. The vets are always so gentle with our rehomed cat. We trust them implicitly. The reception staff are always so friendly and helpful too. Highly recommend!
It’s lovely to have friendly, efficient vets so local to us. They always strive to give you an appointment as soon as possible which is really appreciated when you have a pet worry. Reception staff are also very helpful and friendly.
It’s been coming up to 18 months since we were told our cat needed dental treatment. We contacted our insurance who approved the treatment. How ever the staff at the clinic have not filled out the insurance request form after numerous phone calls, emails and in person dialogue. This should have been an easy process, even after assurances they would help, they never did anything or contacted us. Really disappointed.
Have been with the practice for three years. They have always been concerned for my dog and we have always had very personal treatment. Love it!
Westside vets are warm & friendly, adapt to my dog’s temperament (supremely cautious at the vets!). They discuss treatment options and don’t over treat but take a common sense approach. I highly recommend them.
Padraig is literally the cat whisperer. My old cat has always hated the vet and normally tries to escape up the walls, but he talked quietly to her and she sat obediently on his examing table while he did various tests and gave her an injection. I couldn't believe my eyes! Padraig told me the pricing options very clearly and recommended treatment without trying to sell anything additional. Great service and great advice which will certainly make it more likely that I would bring my cat back again in the future.
I will never use this practice again . The vets are excellent but sadly the administration is appalling.They are are oversubscribed , keep you waiting when you arrive on time for appointments, throughout winter made you wait outside and take for ever to deal with insurance claims and charge extra for insurance handling. I have switched to a far more efficient and competent practice with equally competent and caring vets. Your response to my comment is typically unapologetic and the email you gave is non-existent.
