   I’ve been to a few vets having many animals. But this one?? By far the best. Everyone here is so polite and respectful and you can tell they love the animals and it’s not just a “job”. They are so polite and ready to help you. They will happily answer any questions and make sure you understand so you don’t end up unsure. They love the pets and with my severe anxiety. They don’t make me stress at all. They help me feel calm and listened too. I don’t stress about my cat going here. Soon all my animals will be going here.

   I have just taken my two dogs to Dagenham Goddard vets. I cannot praise the staff enough they were polite friendly and very knowledgeable. My dog can be a little reactive to being touched but Dianne and Laurence were amazing with him very patient and kind and managed to get a blood test with no problems.

   *** One of the best veterinary practices I have ever been to *** Today I had the pleasure of speaking with one of the registered veterinary nurses at the Goddard Dagenham branch as I needed an urgent appointment for my cocker spaniel. I was speaking to a lovely lady called Dianne. My cocker spaniel was in an argument with one of my other dogs and was injured Superficially, I’m just not acting herself. Even though they were very busy, Dianne went out of her way to make space in the diary to accommodate my Jessie . Dianne was so professional during the conversation she put my mind that is straight away reassuring me that I have a consultation with an excellent vet Lawrence. When I attended the practice, I was greeted with warm faces and very reassuring knowledgeable comments that really put my mind at is. Dianne, you are amazing. I had to consultation with veterinary surgeon Lawrence, who gave my animal a full check over from nose to tail. Every step of the way he explained why he was doing and gave me great advice on how to prevent this happening again. From someone that suffers with partial blindness, Lawrence read through all the information packs just so I would understand fully the steps I need to take to prevent this situation happen again. He was excellent and gave my animal, some pain, relief and prescribed pain relief for the next couple of days so Jessie would not be in pain. He even went as far as to give me a contact number for a dog trainer that specializes in reactive dogs, which I thought was so kind and professional. I honestly would recommend this veterinary practice to everybody I meet. I wish there was more people in the world like Dianne and Lawrence. Thank you both so much. From me and Jessie

   Read reviews, had a visit, not really impressed. At first was thinking my pet was really poorly but doctor implied it's not a big deal. Ended up with a bill 3 times over to what I was thinking I will be charged. He gave medication, Goggled it and you can buy same things online for fraction to what I paid. I GOT over charged by more than double the price, on one product 3 times the price. Its not really a doctors office it's a BUSINESS. Not impressed.

   Been with Oxlow Lane Goddard for over 30 years and this branch is the best I have ever been to. If feels like going to a family vet and they have always been amazing and professional and dealt with me and my furbabies with respect and compassion, even with the passing of my furbabies. My furbabies now know them and they know each one and how they are and what problems they have. Diane who has been constant in the branch is the most compassionate and professional person I have ever met and the vets have come and gone and now Lawrence is an amazing vet and so gently spoken and professional. I can’t recommend them more highly.

   I am very happy to have such a nice and lovely vet for my dog. I highly recommend it. Prices fluctuate but it's not at all expensive. What can be more expensive are the tests that our pet may needs to undergo, besides both the vaccines and the consultation are relatively cheap. Both the receptionists and the vet are kind and delicate people. Fantastic care, even if our pet has to stay at the clinic for tests and examinations, we always receive a phone call to inform us of our baby's clinical situation. My dog ​​is getting old but she always has a 5* service.
