Extremely poor communication. I rang two hours before my vaccine appointment to confirm it was going ahead (as hadn't heard anything) and was told it was confirmed. On arrival, I was then told it had been cancelled. Polite staff, but a complete failure of basic procedures and a waste of my time.
I have been using this pharmacy for a few years now and I cannot praise the staff high enough. They are so helpful and knowledgeable about my needs and always make useful advice on my problems. I have to mention some of the staff by name and apologies to anyone I have not mentioned . Asad, who is brilliant and Koshi, Lyba, Sam and Afshi . Thanks for your kind support to me.
Always helpful and very well organised especially for a chemist in this day and age. I can honestly say I have never needed to wait longer than 5 minutes to collect a prescription and the only time I have had any problems well 1 problem and that was due to a GP sending my prescription to the wrong chemist but the staff in the chemist quickly rectified the mistake and got my prescription transferred to them so yes definitely 5 star service and always polite with a smile.
Staff were extremely rude over the phone, never have the meds that are requested and questioned me on being given it in the first place! It’s prescription medication!
I cannot speak highly enough about this pharmacy. From my initial contact to treatment the attention to detail and personal approach was exceptional. I was supported and listened to and the treatment from Sam and the entire staff truly stood out for me - thank you to everyone at Pyramid I shall be a customer for life :)
Booked and went for a test and treat consulation and the pharmacist saw me straight away and he provided needed treatment. Highly recommend, better than going to the GP!
Sam, the pharmacist, was absolutely amazing when administering a PCR test for my daughter to prepare for her upcoming surgery. He was kind, gentle and very sensitive to put her at ease. It was easy to book an appointment and the overall pharmacy was clean, cheery and I felt very safe with Employees wearing masks at close contact and as needed. Overall a very pleasant and friendly staff. 5 stars from me and my daughter!
Recently had my covid-19 vaccine here, extremely professional service, the staff were welcoming and friendly. The premises have covid safe procedures and everyone is operating good social distancing, the vaccine process was fast but not rushed, and all information thoroughly explained to me. Extremely happy with the service.
Excellent customer service. Had my vaccine there last week and the staff were so lovely, beyond welcoming and really put me at ease. The vaccination process was fast and nothing felt rushed or like an inconvenience to them, they honestly made the whole experience very pleasant.
I recently had my Covid vaccine at Pyramid Pharmacy and I was pleased with the overall service. They had good Covid safe procedures in place. I was seen on time, the vaccination process was explained to me and I was provided with all the relevant information about the vaccine. All staff were friendly and I felt very safe while having my vaccine.
