   My name is Flavia Campilli and I have a wonderful and lovely havaneese named TABEYA - she is now 9 years old and has been always under the great supervision of Stefano and Martina at CT Vets Chelsea. This January - on a routine check up- Stefano noticed that Tabeya 's heart murmur had increased and immediately he suggested to contact his colleague Prof Luca Ferasin Heart Specialist.- Prof Ferasin then checked thru an ultrasound Tabeya s heart. It turned out that Tabeya's heart in order to hold either needed an open heart surgery or .......her heart after some time will not hold ......I asked where can she have the operation and it was suggested at the Queen Mother Hospital for Small Animals- Hatfield by Prof Dan Brockman and Prof.Matteo Rossanese and I went ahead and it was a GREAT SUCCESS. TABEYA now is in great shape and i can only say but THANKS to ALL !!!!!!!

   Martina and the entire team are truly phenomenal, they care so deeply not only for their furry little patients but also for their families. We have recently been through a lot medically with our kitten and Martina has stayed by my side reassuring me and asking for continuous updates after my little baby was transferred to a referral centre. Martina and Stefano have brought me peace of mind and are the reason he got through the first 24hours of his fall off the 6th floor successfully prior to being moved to the ICU. I truly could not have done this without their wonderful team. Baby Moon and I thank you. ❤️

   I was devastated when my dog broke his leg one late evening. Worried and anxious, I contacted Ctvet first thing in the morning and left a voicemail, hoping for a prompt response. To my relief, they called us back as soon as they opened. When we arrived at the clinic, Stefano greeted us with warmth and understanding, which immediately put my mind at ease. He quickly gave my dog an injection to relieve his pain and took the time to explain the treatment plan, reassuring me that he was in good hands. The next morning, my dog was scheduled for orthopaedic surgery. It was difficult to leave him at the clinic overnight, but I knew he was getting the best possible care. When I returned to pick him up in the evening, I was overjoyed to see him happy and playful, albeit slightly tired from the sedation. Martina thoroughly explained each medication and provided helpful leaflets for at-home care, which increased my peace of mind. I am sincerely grateful for everyone's compassion and professionalism at Ctvet. I wholeheartedly recommend this clinic to anyone who loves their pets and wants them to receive the best possible care.

   I recently used CT VETS services for my cavapoo, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From start to finish, they provided top-notch care and exceptional service. Stefano and Martina are both incredibly knowledgeable and skilled veterinarians. They took the time to thoroughly examine my dog and answer all of my questions, putting my mind at ease. They were also incredibly patient and gentle with my sometimes-anxious pup, which was greatly appreciated. They are mobile vets, so they arrived at my home right on time, equipped with all of the necessary tools and medications. Being able to have my dog seen in the comfort of our own home was a game-changer - no more stressful trips to the clinic! Overall, I would highly recommend Stefano and Martina's mobile vet business to anyone in need of veterinary care in London.    Martina is incredible, we are so grateful that she has kept our cat alive and happy for so long after our vet wanted to put him to sleep.    Martina is a very experienced, caring and dedicated veterinarian. We wish we had found her years ago! She was calm and efficient in dealing with Rudy's last days and hours, and it showed that she cared about him and his quality of life.    Thank you Ctvets Martina for coming out to Hanwell late on a Wednesday evening. Had tried on 3 occasions to get our cat Floki into the carrier for a vet visit. Recently rehomed and still very anxious so getting him into a cat carrier was always going to be difficult. His dermatitis is much improved and he seems much happier and no new sores or fur loss observed. Still giving the treatment prescribed. Will certainly use you again. Extremely grateful. Also can I say receptionist was very prompt and helpful in dealing with emails and insurance claim.
