   We have used alot of vets over our time having our pet cat. These guys always go above and beyond and always seem to have the right answers. They truly care about what's best for the pet and are very trustworthy. We havent had the same experience with other well known veterinary practices.

   My experience with Manor Vets was excellent. I'm registered with another veterinary clinic but due to a concern my parrot had swallowed something metal, they recommended Manor Vets due to the x-ray facility. I contacted Manor Vets in the morning and spoke to Diana on reception. She was terrific. She liaised with the exotic pets vet and reached out to my existing clinic to arrange for the records. I was booked in straight away. Upon arrival we were seen by the vet Aimie. I cannot praise Aimie enough. She was terrific in handling our pet and her knowledge and experience is very evident. Thankfully the x-ray came back clear and all other checks came back positive. I would highly recommend Manor Vets Edgbaston. Thank you again

   I can’t recommend Manor Vets Edgbaston highly enough! The team provided outstanding care for my kitten from the moment we arrived. The vets were incredibly kind, patient, and professional, taking the time to explain everything clearly and making sure my kitten felt comfortable and safe. The staff showed genuine compassion and expertise, and it’s clear they truly love animals. The clinic is clean, well-organized, and welcoming, which really put me at ease. Thanks to their attentive care, my kitten is happy, healthy, and thriving. I’m so grateful to have such a wonderful veterinary practice nearby—five stars all the way!

   Today (28.03.23) I found a pigeon with injured wings in my backyard. It would be impossible for him to fly cause he was bleeding. I didn't know what to do and he deserved a second chance. My husband called and the team were amazing, 5/5 stars, no words to thank you enough. They really care about animals. Empathy is the key. Thank you very much once again.

   I cannot give this veterinary practice more praise. Everyone from the receptionists, to the vets, are incredible. The compassion and empathy shown here is something that is not found often in veterinary practices. The prices are extremely reasonable, especially for the level of care shown to your pets. The exotic vets are fantastic and their knowledge is incredibly helpful. I would recommend this veterinary practice to all my poultry and reptile enthusiast's, as well as your dog's, cats and small mammals.
