First visit is fine. But for the second visit, we wait half hour for the treatment. After that we go around a bit and have bit lunch and find out the car been lock there in the customer car park. They never say the car park will be closed and lock at 12am Saturday. We have to wait until Monday to get car out. The nearby sho own say that happened more than once before. They wouldn't put sign or simply call us. That's stupid ever customer car park.

I've used these vets for as long as I can remember and all my furries are treated as VIPets. The staff are patient, kind, and very helpful regarding my ADHD and my none existent attention span.

Great vets in Harborne. I've been taking my dog here since she was a puppy (2 years) and they always have appointments and answer the phone when you ring. They have emergency out of hours options, and the vets are really knowledgeable, kind and considerate. The parking is a bit of a nightmare- there are a couple of spaces front and back but very awkward to get out of, so I always park on the nearby street and walk a little.

Had both my female cats neutered here, the staff were lovely to deal with and kept me updated throughout the day and my cats were well looked after, would recommend

Would give zeros if possible. Awful service, incredibly unhelpful staff. Cannot stress enough. Do not offer any useful advice and cannot get an appointment to be seen by vet even when dog is bleeding!! Compared to calling Halesowen practice (further away), who gave helpful advice on treating wound/ how to care for it until we are able to be seen. Explored for us and managed to book us into Edgbaston practice after Harborne Major Vets saying earliest appointments are 6 days away?? Furious. Avoid - do not care for your pet. More interested in the money people earn living in Harborne. Useless and even worse service.

I can't honestly say this vets was one of the best experiences I've ever had and over the years I've had a lot of pets, mostly cats. What makes it stand out is the separate room for cats and dogs, and for cats they provide blankets with special pheromones that genuinely calm your cat down, within seconds of using one my cat was actually purring! For me I find taking a stressed animal to the vets so stressful myself, and the vet herself was so sweet and clearly lived animals. She lovingly called herself a cat aunty which made the laugh and was incredibly sweet. Best veterinary service in Birmingham I believe.
