   I didn’t catch her name, but I would really like to thank the girl on duty today who helped my pugs claw from bleeding after going to a local groomers and they clipped into his quick. She was very efficient and helpful and the bleeding soon stopped. Thank you from me and Ralph xx

   5 Stars – Truly Grateful for Their Care I took my cat in during an urgent situation, and I couldn’t be more thankful for the team at this clinic. My cat was experiencing urinary issues and they handled everything with such professionalism, kindness, and urgency. The vet took the time to listen carefully to every detail I shared, explained the situation clearly, and guided me through the treatment options with patience and compassion. They didn’t rush the process and made me feel fully supported throughout the visit. The care my cat received was thorough and gentle, and I truly felt like they treated him as if he were their own. You can tell this team genuinely cares about animals and their well being. Thank you for being there when we needed help the most. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this clinic to any pet parent you're in safe, caring hands here.

   I wish I could put 0 stars. As with many other reviews the vets are completely incompetent and misdiagnose regularly. I took my dog 12 months ago about a lump and was assured “it’s just a fatty lump don’t worry”. 12 months later and with a new vets my 4 year old dog has 2x mast cell cell cancer tumours which has potentially spread. £5000 later and she still may not make it. Our new vets stated they’d never be comfortable telling a pet owner not to worry about something that was not properly investigated. I always thought you could trust vets but please ANY medical advise you get from this place GET A SECOND OPINION. I wouldn’t wish this on anyone. A simple double check or biopsy could have avoided all of this but they simply cannot be bothered and would rather brush you off. The foreign vet was rude, abrasive and in hindsight not concerned about the welfare of my dog. Avoid this place at all costs please for the sake of your pet. This place truly needs to be shut down.

   Friendly staff. I liked that they are all young females running it, included the vet, who's super nice. They have got an amazing kitten pack which includes 2 vaccines, flea and worm treatments, microchip and a bag of food for 69 pounds, which is really great and thoughtful. I give 4 rather than 5 stars because I had to wait for 10 something minutes for my cat to be seen though I was the only customer there. Other than that it was a great experience.

   I needed a health certificate for my dog and it was not explained to me well enough how the procedure will look like. There were a lot of misunderstandings and i had a lot of stress because of that!

   My cat had his first vaccination with them. They cancelled his 2nd appointment FOUR TIMES, which meant he would need to restart the course. Despite them being so incredibly unreliable they declined to cover the cost of the repeat first vaccination, saying 'there was nothing they could do'.
