The vet was excellent; very thorough. Notes were at my vets promptly. I was told to attend immediately and then had to wait a while, yet people already there had been there a while. Fee and quote for treatment outrageous and did not appreciate being asked if i had insurance before diagnosis as implied that affected price. Did the needy to make cat comfortable and went to vets first thing next day. No choice for vet night cover that is unfortunate.

I wanted to thank your team for the care and kindness you showed our dog when we brought her in late one night after she injured her back. It was such a worrying time for us, but your calm, professional approach made an enormous difference. We are so grateful for the thorough assessment you carried out, the way you monitored her overnight, and the clear advice you gave us about the possible causes of her pain and the next steps. Knowing she was in safe hands brought us real reassurance. Would highly recommend your vet practice.

They were superb, seeing our sick cat immediately and giving him lifesaving care. Every member of staff we met or spoke to were fantastic and gave the best care. This is the 2nd time vets now have helped save one of our cats lives. We can't thank them enough.

Took our elderly cat here as an emergency last Saturday. They gave me the diagnosis and prognosis quickly and with the utmost care and respect. Sadly we had to put her to sleep but the way the vet explained it all, allowed time for me to say goodbye and finally gave her peace was so respectful and dignified. A few days later we received a package with a condolence card and some lovely keepsakes of her which was lovely and very grateful for. The whole experience, though sad, was amazing and we cannot thank them enough for the kindness shown during the difficult decision and following days.

It is never fun having to come here. It is an emergency so you are already in a heightened state of distress. The staff treat you with respect and help as best they can. At the moment post COVID you can't go in with your pet for the consultation but they contact you as soon as they know anything. As an owner of several pets we have had the misfortune of having to lose a pet under their care. They gave us a full explanation of what is happening and why the were recommending we need to put her to sleep. We were left with our pet to be able to say our goodbyes and they talked with us about next steps. They also show understanding for when you have over reacted and your cat is faking being hurt for cuddles. All in all it is rarely fun when you have to come here but the staff understand this and do their jobs well.

Emergency Vets and staff in the Southampton Vets Now practice were good. But I would recommend that you manage your own pet insurance claim as I'm still awaiting a large insurance repayment from Vets Now as I foolishly let the the insurer pay them directly rather than pay me! They would have got 5 stars if it wasn't for vets now delays in paying me back my £500!

calling for an emergency appointment late into the evening, we were seen within the hour and greeted by a lovely woman at the front desk. the nurse was amazing with our cat and gave us all the information we needed to ensure her care at home was correct and comfortable, though she is now in the cone of shame. thank you to the staff for putting us and our cat at ease

Rushed my dog in on Sunday who became suddenly very poorly. The staff were so kind and the vets/nurses were incredibly diligent and caring. Big thank you to the receptionist in particular, who was so friendly and helpful. Was a very stressful situation made easier by their service. My dog has since made a complete recovery, a lot of which is down to their quick action. Thank you

Long waiting times and an absolutely filthy floor that was ingrained with dirt and blood. Everything was grubby and dusty. Rather ironically the water bowl was removed for safety to avoid transmission of disease. It was also really hot in the waiting room yet the air conditioning unit was switched off.
