I have been with Orchard Vets for both my westies since moving back to Hampshire at the end of 2022. Harry, unfortunately had to be euthanised in October 2024 and the team were magnificent during that very sad time but particularly Maddy, who over the prior months had gained so much trust from Harry who suffered severe anxiety when attending appointments. Up to the end, Maddy was with us. Most recently (4th November 2025), Nicola performed not only dental cleaning on Bea's teeth/gums but undertook a deeply difficult extraction. The care and attention, let alone the professionalism shown has been outstanding, with clarity and heart-warming conversations at every stage. Bea is back again in a few weeks time for further extractions but I have the utmost and continued confidence in Nicola to carry this out. The bond the veterinary team have had with (both) my westies over time, has been second to none and for which I am grateful, even during difficult times.

Kind and knowledgeable staff who were able to provide amazing care for our cat with gastroenteritis. Easy to get an appointment. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I'm a Nervous owner through past experience elsewhere. Trust in your vet is incredibly important. The vet i regularly see for my dogs diabetes is incredible. He listens and helps guide us to success during the stress off managing a dog with diabetes. The receptionist are amazing. Very friendly and easy to talk to. It's more like friends then "the vets". Thank you to them all.

I have been raving about our visit - Dr Nicola was amazing! Luna (the dog) is very nervous of vets and tries to climb on top of me to get off the table. Dr Nicola kindly offered to assess her on the floor and was so gentle examining and giving her her boosters. The calmest visit in a long time and I have far fewer scratches! Thank you so much!

Outstanding care and compassion. We had to say goodbye to our Bonnie. Not only was the upmost kindness and help given to Bonnie is was genuinely given to us too. The heartache isn't easier but knowing Bonnie knew absolutely nothing gives us enormous comfort. We know Orchard would have saved her if they could. It was thoroughly and thoughtfully explained. Orchard made it possible to bring Bonnie home for a couple of days more in comfort. Vet Nik and Vet Clare are true animal lovers.

The vets are mostly good, but completely not aligned with the reception/management, meaning the Vet will suggest you something without mentioning you how much it will cost or if it's not included in your plan; and then you will end up with at least 60/90£ bill even tough you haven't been told about it in the first place. The management won't acknowledge it, so there is not room for discussion. We had a Pet Plan for 2 and half years paying 18£ per month and receiving quite a poor service. We decided to leave them and move to another local Vet.

I started using this practise when it was run by Mr & Mrs Proverbs. They were always gentle and sympathetic when needed. Since moving to other practitioners, this surgery had retained its family feel, something which is of great comfort when hard decisions are being made. Always a friendly face and the fact that vets and staff recognise your pet and know its name is a reinforcement to their care and professionalism. I have never considered changing my vet practice, due to the warmth and attention paid to me.

We have a Cockapoo puppy who had gastroenteritis when he was really young, orchards ongoing care and flexibility to see him on the same day when he has a flare up in his tummy is fantastic. Treatment is prompt and very reasonably priced and I would highly recommend them. All the staff from the reception team to the vets themselves are welcoming and professional to both the animals and their owners. We Couldn’t ask for more! Thank you to everyone at Orchard vets!

We have been taking our dogs and other animals to Orchard Vets for at least 20 years. The receptionists are always friendly and I've never had problems booking appointments. Beth at Orchard Vets is exceptional. She takes time and real care during consultations. Yesterday Beth spent time calming and befriending my rescue dog, who can be difficult, so when it came to the vaccination, he didn't even notice. All the care given is hugely appreciated.

Cannot recommend enough. I was really suffering with the puppy blues when I took my girl in for her second jab. The receptionist on the desk was so helpful, kind and empathetic. She reassured me and made me feel 100x better just by taking the time to talk to me on what was a very busy day. In a short space of 2 weeks I've had 3 visits. Every vet has been so incredibly kind, particularly Anna and Beth who both were brilliant with my pointer (who is equal parts lovely and cheeky!!) and gave me tonnes of good advice. Seriously, the team's help and compassion are second to none. I was on the verge of giving my girl back because I was so deep in the puppy blues. I'm so glad I didn't and have had the support from the team here. We are now both very happy (and one of us continues to be cheeky and pee on the consultation room floor!)
