Had to get an emergency prescription from Day Lewis via my doctor. A very easy and simple procedure.
When trying to collect a prescription there was an error and the female pharmacist didn’t try and help in any way, and when told if the male pharmacist was here he’d help as he’s lovely, she used the words, well I’m not lovely. Yes you’re a pharmacist, but you’re also customer service and yours was awful

Closed at 4.30 when advertised times (stuck to inside of door) advise open till 6pm.
Great service, the pharmacist phoned me twice to see how I was doing on some new medication that had been prescribed. Not only was he very knowledgeable on the subject but was very thorough with a good telephone manner. I am relatively new to Brockenhurst but have never received this after care before from other pharmacies.

Proper village pharmacy with friendly staff that know their customers and have time to talk to them. As a result, service can take a bit longer and you should not be in a hurry. Could be a little bit better organised at time but must stress they have never made any mistakes with my prescriptions.
