When purchasing Nurofen Plus for my back pain, the pharmacist asked me to provide my name and address. I found this request unexpected and somewhat uncomfortable, so I intend to contact Reckitt Benckiser to confirm whether this is part of their official policy.
If you would like to speak to a polite, friendly, helpful assistant then probably best to avoid this pharmacy. The person I was subjected to actually seemed to take great pleasure in being as loud, rude and unhelpful as possible. Shame, the decor was nice.
Went to Stockbridge Pharmacy today by arrangement for a Covid Vaccination using my wheelchair. I was met by a very kind young lady who went to great lengths to assist me into the Pharmacy and get me comfortable while the vaccination was organised and then administered. Never come across such kindness/professionalism before. Outstanding service and empathy for an unknown, first time customer. Thank you.
The team here have been nothing short of a miracle. They have been so patient with me, and have never been rude or given up trying to help. And most importantly, they have given me expert advice and support which I have been able to use to finally receive proper treatment through the GP. It’s been a long journey but the team here have been so unbelievable helpful. Thank you Stockbridge pharmacy team.
Present staff are efficient and friendly plus the prescriptions always correct. A vast improvement on previous experience’s.
On our way to our holiday destination we realised that I had left some of my medication at home. We detoured to Stockbridge Pharmacy in Hampshire and received such splendid service and support. Not only did they explain how I could obtain my medication but supported us through every step. Eventually an electronic prescription arrived and I was able to access my medication. As we had to wait so long the pharmacist even gave us a flu jab. Without Min and Fran our much needed holiday could have had a different ending. Thank you so much to two lovely ladies who do their profession proud.
The staff members working in this pharmacy are lovely. I was visiting my grandparents in the area and brought with me, my prescription from back home. My local pharmacy didn't have stock for the item, so i thought that I'd give this pharmacy a try. Apparently my local pharmacy still had the prescription even though I gave it to them in person (didn't really make sense to me), but the staff were nice enough to call them up to sort it out. Managed to get in and out within 16 minutes just in time for lunch. Stockbridge is lucky to have them and they provide excellent service when compared to other pharmacies that i've been to
Unfriendly and very poor customer service. Staff need to go on a course on how to deal with customers who’ve come into the shop for help easing symptoms. Never experienced such abruptness in a chemists before. Won’t be going back.
Knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly! Prescriptions are quick to come in. The team were a godsend when my 18month old had a reaction/rash spreading on his face after food. We went in, he was checked immediately and the pharmacist quickly identified the ingredient which caused the rash. Lovely lady behind the till helped distract little one & administer oral antihistamine, she kindly reassured me and kept little one happy too! THANK YOU!
