“We were served by Ace, whilst buying a hamster and they were so helpful! Ace gave great advice about everything to do with caring for a hamster and they were also great with my young children, explaining to them things in a way they would understand and made them feel included in the special memory of getting their first pet. They checked over our hamster with us making sure she looked to be in a healthy condition- which she was. They also advised we downloaded the Pets at Home app to get ourselves 10% discount on our purchases, which was appreciated!”

“Went into the Totton store to get ear drops for Max my dog I was looking also to change his diet . This young lady Charlie was so helpful and very knowledgable in dog food and another lady was helpful to , her name was Charley . Amazing service”

“Pharmacy Direct have provided an amazing service over the last few months. I have some difficulties with my health and my mum, bless her, passed away following a long period of a combination of problems. The pharmacy have always dealt with our prescriptions in a most efficient way and always offered sound and accurate advice but since my mum died, the care and support that all the staff at pharmacy Direct in Bitterne have given me is just short of amazing. Their thoughtfulness and compassion raises a tear in my eye just thinking about it! From the kind words of condolences and genuine concern to the shoulder of support and even a hug! Words cannot express how grateful and thankful I am. Thank you to all of them, from my old mum and myself, for being there when I need you and when I didn’t know I needed you. “The staff have been very good to me on a number of occasions with the shop staff happy to help me get my shopping as I am in a wheelchair and the pharmacist will help as much as she can. I am visiting again this afternoon because I have an issue with my insulin pens and I phoned and was advised to call 111 as well so I'm not left with nothing if she cant fix my pens and im now waiting for a gp to call back which could be softer the pharmacy closes. But she kindly said she will have a look to see if there is anything that can be done. As my regular pharmacy is closed I'm very grateful to her for saying she will try.”

But, when we called BOOTS at SOUTHAMPTON ABOVE BAR, Eliza was so very understanding and had excellent customer service and care. So, a big thank you to Eliza and to the pharmacist at this store.”

“Excellent eye tester, and the young girl was very helpful, spent £1100. More than I wanted too but happy I did as the girls were very professional. Definitely a couple of steps above specsavers. Payed extra for the full eye scan and now know for sure my eyes are healthy. Highly recommended”

“They're brilliant. Deniz is especially great with our jumpy Rottweiler. Vets4Pets have always been the very best vets I have ever had to use. They are knowledgeable & are extremely patient. Our Rottweiler is quite jumpy & they’ve even offered to come out to the car park to see him rather than us having to take him into the building. Warning, remember to register your car registration details when you first go into the vets otherwise you may get a parking ticket.”

“Large Tesco on the outskirts of town, the store is on 2 floors and has a large car park and petrol station. Inside are all the usual things, toilets and cafe etc, as well as a Holland and Barratt. The cafe itself is really nice, quite a big menu and the food is good.”

“My dog had a lovely stay at Chilworth kennels. I was a bit apprehensive leaving him as hes not spent much time in kennels but he’d clearly had a great time. He was greeted with hugs from the staff and came home happy. Staff were polite and friendly and happy to help with any worries I had.”

It’s super convenient having everything in one place, and everything looked really fresh and well-stocked. The car parking is massive too, so no worries about finding a spot. Overall, it’s a perfect place for getting all your shopping done in one go. Definitely worth checking out!”
