Had a Tesco finest free range organic bronze turkey crown this Christmas. It was practically inedible, tasteless, tough and extremely disappointing. I have serious concerns about the lengthy period of time this supposedly fresh turkey crown was sat in its wrapping prior to its sale. I went into Tesco and explained to the manageress who said they would not give me a refund. This is appalling, and I will be taking it further. Having spent many thousands in Tesco branches over the years I will never spend any more money in any Tesco store. Every little counts!

Goulds barbers. Very good. Nice cut to please the wife, the headphones and myself. Nice to have this facility in the supermarket. Clean and confident appearance to the space and always plenty of chairs and benches to lounge.

This is review is based on the facility to lock my bike up so I can shop in the store. Recently (Oct 2025) a large electric box was put where the bike racks used to be and the bike racks were moved with zero consideration and effort to the side. There is zero consideration for how cyclists will use them. At least 4 of them are too close to the wall and to adjacent racks meaning bikes front wheels hit the wall and don't allow enough space between racks to get in. The bike racks have a salt box stuck in front of them blocking use of several bike racks. This is not acceptable and poorly managed and lack of compassion or respect for people who cycle to your store. Please can you fix this.

Large Tesco on the outskirts of town, the store is on 2 floors and has a large car park and petrol station. Inside are all the usual things, toilets and cafe etc, as well as a Holland and Barratt. The cafe itself is really nice, quite a big menu and the food is good.

Security guard harassed me and kicked me out of the store after wrongfully accusing me for damages about a jacket that I had nothing to do with. I am still shocked at this and have never been treated so disrespectfully by an employee. Management should have a word with the guard. Visit: 28/01/23 at 4:30pm

Anne was excellent today I noticed that she went the extra mile to help out finding a mobility scooter for a lovely couple visiting the store. Huge thank you to Anne today. I spoke with the couple as they left and they were very pleased but they wanted more mobility scooters available and charged in the future. Very interesting. Anne's hard work has been noted today.

We came down to Bournemouth for the weekend to play some golf and visit some local areas. After playing golf for the morning we decided to brace the rough weather and walk to Tesco whilst we waited for our bus, and decided to go into the Tesco Cafe. My girlfriend had an amazing looking panini stuffed to the brim. However I ordered a ham and cheese panini which came out with a single piece of ham, and a slightly melted single-slice of cheese which was served on a rock solid ciabatta which I wasn’t greatly impressed with. The attitude of the staff was also not very precious.

Really short dates on meat, 2 days on most till it expires. No bananas that are fit to eat. Fresh peppers are all wrinkly and discoloured. Tiny selection of Schwartz spices forcing you to buy own brand. These are regular issues.

It's a massive Tesco extra that has the ground floor and then a 1st floor. The parking is free and there is always space due to the sheer size of the car park. It's open 24/7 and has a great range of food, electronic goods, clothing and houseware. It has a deli counter, fish mongers, fresh prepared instore pizza counter, a cafe and even a Holland and Barret. You can also expect lots of self-service checkouts including a self scan service while you shop. It's a good shop but for me personally the whey protein, protein bars and other supplements are very overpriced to reward them with anything above 3 stars... Some of these products are 2-4x higher in price than online... It's unforgivable, it's pure corporate greed.
