    Asked for a disposable elf bar and was given a elfa bar instead which means changing the pods. Vape didn’t even last five mins it was burnt and was charged over £10 for something I didn’t ask for.

    At this moment with Covid 19 why isn’t there any hand gel at the door for customers please? Every other shop has this service. On another note why does the owner of this franchise not get round to repairing the car park so it isn’t one big lake whenever it rains. I understand the land belongs to the premises not the council. The staff are always pleasant. NF helpful but they are let down by the owner.
