   Usually boots is fine but recently the experience is quite bad, the wait line for collection takes so long because the staff is too busy chatting with one customer while 3 people are waiting in que. took more than 20 minutes to collect parcel. The staff on the till need to be more competent

   I normally choose this Boots as it’s larger than the central branch, but unfortunately my recent experience today has put me off. The staff member I dealt with (an older lady with glasses) was quite cold and dismissive, speaking down to me when I queried the price of an item I had scanned. The vibe in this store can feel uncomfortable shopping, as the security guards follow people and watch you like a hawk! despite the fact I’ve made many purchases in the past and would never steal. On this visit, when the item scanned higher than expected (£5 instead of the cheaper price I thought it was), I asked about it but the response I received felt rude and unhelpful. I decided not to go through with my purchase because of how I was spoken to. I value Boots as a store and have shopped here many times, but unfortunately this experience has put me off returning to this branch- so due to the nature of staff I won’t be returning.

   The staff have been very good to me on a number of occasions with the shop staff happy to help me get my shopping as I am in a wheelchair and the pharmacist will help as much as she can. I am visiting again this afternoon because I have an issue with my insulin pens and I phoned and was advised to call 111 as well so I'm not left with nothing if she cant fix my pens and im now waiting for a gp to call back which could be softer the pharmacy closes. But she kindly said she will have a look to see if there is anything that can be done. As my regular pharmacy is closed I'm very grateful to her for saying she will try.

   This Boots has a Parent Room in store, with nappy changing area and feeding chairs (no toilet facilities). Great for parents as there's not many other such areas nearby.

   Great Boots, one of the biggest ranges of general Boots products I've seen. However, the meal deal area of this one I've found lacking (especially compared to the other Boots in Southampton). Overall, still great.

   I like this boots as big and has a free 30 min parking outside, better if you are driving than the one in town! It has a lot of lines and when I go it is always stocked up well!

   Large store with a good selection, only reason for docking a star is it would be helpful if they had signs or something to find what you need. Not many staff milling about to ask for help and had to go down most aisles to find what I needed.

   I went to boots in hunt of an aftershave to get my brother for Christmas. I cannot express enough how AMAZING Liv, Harley and Daniel were. By far the best customer service I’ve experienced. They were all so helpful in giving their recommendations and opinions and helped me come to a decision on what aftershave to buy! They were so friendly and we had such a laugh, thank you so much!!
