   There is plenty of parking here, and the staff have always been amazingly friendly and helpful. The recent refit was a bit of a pain for customers, but the upgraded fridge and freezer sections look good although the area is now very cold. The fruit and veg section has reduced the amount of "loose" produce, going over to more pre-packed items and availability in the evenings is a bit hit-and-miss. My main complaint is that the store has been reducing their product ranges recently, increasing the "luxury" ranges, overly promoting the "big" brands and shuffling off their own brand and budget items into oblivion. Some items I regularly buy have disappeared altogether and I have had to go elsewhere, which is very inconvenient. I recently spoke to a member of staff about this and apparently stock orders are now processed via head office, who send what THEY want and not always what the customers/store wants. The staff member went so far as to tell me that several customers who have asked a similar question have been seriously considering changing their big shops to another supermarket!

   Utterly disappointed by the approach of one of the staff. Believe she is a supervisory role. One of the trolley style escalators were fenced off. My guess was that it was not working as it has happened before in the store. Me and my party continued up to the first floor. We were approached by said lady and were spoken to very abruptly about how the floor was closed and we had broken into the top floor etc. we stated there were no signs there nor were both the gates shut only one. she continued to be rude and followed us too the customer lifts per her instruction (which we respected and listened to immediately). We came in the store to give our business only to be treated disrespectfully. I have retail experience and know that there is a certain way you speak to customers even human beings and that is with basic mannerisms and respect. Very disappointed!

   A spacious, well-maintained store. Sizeable car park too. Access from Hedge End, Bursledon and East Southampton is straightforward outside of rush hour.

   Great store with everything you need. Really enjoyed the waffles with yogurt and granola from the cafe. All the food was great value for money. One of the better tescos in the country definitely.

   I'm utterly appalled. On the 22/2/23 I was shopping in Tesco and my attention was drawn to a man who was dressed as a women. Making matters worse, he was wearing a mini skirt, so short, when he bent over to remove items from his trolly, he presented his entire nether regions visible between his legs. Staff were fully aware what was occurring and numerous school children too. This was abuse of power by that man, a disgusting act and something that Tesco staff should have acted on! It was grotesque and I'm in the process of filing a formal complaint

   Shocking lunch today at this store has really gone down hill .The man in front of me sent back his festive turkey sandwich as there was the smallest bit of turkey didn't even cover the bread.I ordered the brea and cranberry WELL!! the cheese definitely wasn't dripping out of the bread like the pictures when we spoke to the assistant she said its not there fault it comes from above. terrible customer service and and food is a disgrace.

   Always shop here when we come back to England. This store provides a massive selection of food and other products. There is a massive car park and a petrol station. There are sometimes problems with traffic getting in and out of the store as it is situated near to a motorway junction. Good beer selection.
