Terrible Experience – Avoid This Shop for Returns! I dropped off an Amazon return package via Evri at this shop, and it has since gone missing. I have proof that I dropped it off, but the package was never scanned by the shop, and now Amazon won’t issue a refund. Essentially, I’ve lost both the item and my money. What made things worse was how rude and unhelpful the staff were when I went back to ask about it. They took no responsibility, didn’t even try to help or look into it, and were incredibly dismissive. Not even a basic apology. If you’re thinking about using this place for returns – don’t. Go somewhere else.
