   Its on the smaller side but does they do their best to have a good range of products and the staff are helpful and friendly and do a good job of keeping up when it gets busy.

   This is the second time my daughter has visited our local pharmacy using the pharmacy first service and weve been turned away as flu clinic is priority even though there was no one in the shop. My daughter was ill and in pain and we were offered an appoitlntment much later on in the day. Disgusting! They also never ever have what you need in stock and say they will message when its done, but they never do. I have to chase my prescriptions for myself and the family all the time. Even though this is my closest pharmacy, myself and my family have changed the nomination to a more reliable pharmacy at a further distance to us, thank goodness i dont have an electric car or it would cost me more, what with the new price per mile tax. I would prefer to use my local services but sometimes its not as simple!

   I live in London and visit family in the area from time to time. The last two times, I had cause to visit this branch of Boots and it so happened I was assisted by the same young lady. I have to say she was charm personified - incredibly personal and helpful. A real asset to the store!

   The past few months I have found that they frequently don't have items. Today I went in to pick up my Jext, as when I went in previously it wasn't ready and wasn't able to wait that 20 minutes I was told it would take. Today my order wasn't made up (despite being told it would be ready for me on my previous trip), and they in fact only had one of the two I had ordered. So I had to wait, it seems they forgot about me as 2 people who came in after me were served before me, I had to prompt the lady behind the tills. I then asked to pay for an unrelated item and told I had to queue on the right hand side, baring in mind at this point I had been in store for 20 minutes. In this time 4 out of the 6 people who were there to pick up prescriptions were either told it wasn't ready or it was incomplete. Not fantastic customer service, so now I have to go in for 3rd time to pick up my life saving medication. 100% will be moving to another pharmacy.

   Went in this morning to collect an order. Arrived at 09:04 to find the doors still shut. Little old lady next to me asking if it is past 9? The temperature in the car indicated -4 on the way over. Doors opened at 09:05 by a taciturn young woman who clearly hates her job in retail. This was just another reminder of why I mostly use Day Lewis.

   Staff helpful, useful being able to get advice from the pharmacist. Been in at what lunchtime and not too busy. Never had to queue long for pharmacy or checkout.

   Mainly go in here for either prescription or over-the-counter medicines. The shop is light and airy and the staff friendly and helpful. I'm sure that, if asked, they will help you with medical advice and guidance. However, like all dispensing pharmacies, they always seem to be run off their feet!!

   Very helpful staff, had to collect some Lateral flow tests. Staff explained you have to go online via a qr code to order, was able to do quickly (How does this help the non digital savvy or older generation though) and ask for my box. The shocking part was for the staff member pulling out a thick folder to manually track my code on paper and note the serial number on the box. Hats off for service as the rules have just changed for pharmacies handing out LFTs.
