“This is my favourite coffee shop. The staff are always super friendly, chatty, helpful and make your order just right, even with annoying adjustment requests (hot chocolate not too hot, boba bubble drink with no boba bubbles). It’s also easy to access with disabled or regular parking. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Karen and Lily are lovely people and are often the highlight of my day out doing errands and getting a drink or snack in between . Thank you!”

“I honestly can’t recommend this branch enough, they always have it in stock. Even stainless steel gas press fittings in larger sizes which other companies don’t. They always remember you, always happy to have a chat and catch up. I was stuck for a particular fitting today which no one else had in stock. SBS had only a few but already sold them, pulled some strings for me and supplied the fitting. They’ve just always helped me out when I’ve been stuck and have always got what I need. The whole team here are brilliant. Great work guys”

“Alan responded promptly to a request to clear a blocked WC. It turned out to be due to a large build up of limescale in both the pan and soil pipe. Pressure jetting and camera inspection dealt with the soil pipe but removal of the WC itself was necessary to remove the inches-thick limescale within the u-bend. The entire job was completed without fuss. I would thoroughly recommend Alan and his colleague Paul if you ever have need of their services.”

She made me feel completely comfortable, and the whole process was so easy and relaxing, not only for me but for my baby too. Helen was super thorough and even made an extra casting, just in case the first ones didn’t come out perfectly. She guided me through choosing the finishing touches, with everything beautifully laid out on her table. We received our finished casting much sooner than expected, which was such a wonderful surprise, and we are absolutely thrilled with how it turned out. I had purchased a set of secondhand Monitor Audio Silver speakers from a lady on Ebay and met her at Audio T to collect. Despite (possibly!) being nothing to do with the store, they were happy to demo them for me before completing the transaction. Just great service for a relatively inexpensive set of floorstanders by comparison to may of the top.tier brands they stock. “We have just had two bathrooms redesigned by Lisa at Curtis Brothers and fitted by Dave Palmer. The whole process has been very easy and relaxed. Lisa guided us through the design process and helped us make the right decisions on what would be suitable for our bathrooms. We changed our minds a lot but nothing was too much trouble. When it came to fitting, Dave is meticulous and he made no decisions without checking with us first. We now have two gorgeous bathrooms with everything as we want it and no snagging issues. There have no nasty surprises or hidden costs so although the headline quotes may have felt expensive, I could be completely confident that this is what we were going to pay.
