“Alan responded promptly to a request to clear a blocked WC. It turned out to be due to a large build up of limescale in both the pan and soil pipe. Pressure jetting and camera inspection dealt with the soil pipe but removal of the WC itself was necessary to remove the inches-thick limescale within the u-bend. The entire job was completed without fuss. I would thoroughly recommend Alan and his colleague Paul if you ever have need of their services.”

Dave advised that he would trace the leak in 30 minutes, show me where it was, and send me a picture of the exact location. He did just this, having traced the leak in a rear pipe.
