   I just love Waitrose in Chandlers Ford. The staff are friendly, the atmosphere is amazing. The parking is wonderful. It is in and out in no time! And the prices, whilst higher than other supermarkets, are fine! Quality is good. My only huge disappointment is the freezing cold coffee shop. This is such a pity. That staff there are fabulous and I have only had lovely service from them. But… whenever I go, I am so cold that I seldom stay and so often don’t meet a friend there or choose to shop there because I can’t sit down and relax! It is just too cold. Other people I talk to feel the same. I can’t understand why, in this modern day, a glass wall or no air con in the coffee area can’t be arranged???? Surely this is possible. So sad, as Waitrose loses so many potential customers for this reason. Please can you not make a plan?!

   Great staff, always someone on hand to help. Super quality products, never disappointing. Check out queues are well managed. Love the free magazinecandcrevipe cards and free coffee.

   Lovely supermarket, always well stocked with fresh produce and great meat choices. Staff are always professional, friendly and helpful. Only thing I would sort out are the toilets, they are grim.

   This store is well run, clean and has very helpful partners. It has a large store and town car park which gets very full on Fridays and Saturdays, as you may expect. In store there is a good selection of households food needs most of which are of excellent quality. Fresh veg and fruit is very good , just check the best before dates. The store is very favourable amongst local people.

   Nice store with very pleasant staff. Reasonable size free car park. Good variety of other shops close by just in case they don't stock what you are looking for.

   Very good supermarket and with a lot of diversity, however, the employees and security guard could be more friendly. I don't know if blacks or other minority communities are welcome there. From the moment I entered the store until I paid at the checkout I was followed by one employer and the security guard, there was no subtlety in the behaviour, as they were following every step I was taking. This made my experience very uncomfortable and I didn’t had the possibility to make my purchases. I felt I wasn’t supposed to be there. For that reason, I will never return to that store.

   Since when did you need ID to buy an energy drink? I would have understood if I looked under 16! Ridiculous! Workers clearly looking for some entertainment

   Standard is as expected from a Waitrose store. Always found it to be well stocked, good variety of produce, friendly and helpful staff. Not as cheap as other supermarkets but you get what you pay for.
